Timber Floor Sanding, Gap Filling & Minor Repairs Looking for an experienced timber floor sanding professional to complete the final stage of preparation on existing Baltic Pine floorboards. The floor has already been sanded and is approximately 90% complete. This is mainly a finishing and detail-sanding job rather than a full floor restoration. Scope of works: Fill selected larger gaps between floorboards (not all gaps, only the more noticeable ones). Repair/fill a small chipped or damaged section of flooring. Fill and tidy a few larger gaps around doorways, wall edges and transitions where appropriate. Sand under skirting boards, around architraves and in other areas that the main floor sander cannot reach. Remove remaining paint residue and old finish from perimeter areas. Detail sand edges and corners to match the rest of the floor. Complete a final 120-grit sanding pass to leave the floor smooth and ready for sealing. Floor details: Existing Baltic Pine floorboards. Hallway and adjoining areas. Photos attached showing the current condition, areas requiring gap filling, edge sanding and minor repairs. One doorway area has a larger edge gap that may need filling or tidying. Floor is mostly clean and prepared, with only finishing works remaining. Requirements: Experience with timber floor restoration and finishing. Must supply own tools, edge sander/detail sander and materials for minor repairs. Attention to detail is important as the floor will be sealed after completion. Clean up all dust and debris on completion. Please provide a quote, availability and details of your experience with timber floor sanding and repairs. Photos are attached to show the areas requiring attention.

I have a kitchen that needs the floor and all fittings removed. There is lino flooring to pull up, it will quite easily be unstuck. And kitchen benches, cupboards and tiles. I need the whole thing stripped and ready for new floor and new kitchen installed. I would also need the waste disposed of - possibly dropped at a bin or tip? I can upload some pictures of the floor plan. The apartment is on level 1, up two short flights of stairs.

Needing a carpet cleaned (approx 4x5m). I've just moved into the room and it smells like mice have peed on the carpet so the main issue is smell not stains. I've already set up my bed and it's such a pain to take apart so ideally hoping the carpet can be cleaned with the bed in the room (it's high enough that the carpet underneath is accessible).
