Seeking experienced carpenter to install approximately 40 metres of skirting boards (hallway and 2 bedrooms) at a property in Carlton North. Installation to include measuring, cutting and securing boards to the wall (brick) and mitering corners. Skirting boards are Victorian moulded MDF 240mm from Bowens and are currently in 5.4m lengths - see photo attached. Ideally looking for the job to be complete Monday 11 or Tuesday 12 August.

I have a kitchen that needs the floor and all fittings removed. There is lino flooring to pull up, it will quite easily be unstuck. And kitchen benches, cupboards and tiles. I need the whole thing stripped and ready for new floor and new kitchen installed. I would also need the waste disposed of - possibly dropped at a bin or tip? I can upload some pictures of the floor plan. The apartment is on level 1, up two short flights of stairs.

Needing a carpet cleaned (approx 4x5m). I've just moved into the room and it smells like mice have peed on the carpet so the main issue is smell not stains. I've already set up my bed and it's such a pain to take apart so ideally hoping the carpet can be cleaned with the bed in the room (it's high enough that the carpet underneath is accessible).
