Details: There is already an air conditioner installed, but it is old and currently leaking, so it needs to be removed and replaced. The installer must supply and install the complete new air conditioning system, including the indoor unit and the outdoor condenser. Location: Apartment unit (easy access). Exhaust fan in the laundry room won’t switch on at all. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is currently stuck on but won’t switch off. They are connected because when the laundry fan usually switches on, the bathroom fan automatically goes on also. It doesn’t happen the other way though.
