Need to fix a power point that came loose from the wall. The power point itself seems intact and is working, but the wall/plaster around the opening has cr​​umbled a bit so the power point can no longer be held securely in position. See photos. The mounting needs to be secured or reinforced from behind the wall so it can hold the power point. Looking for a licensed electrician to inspect it and securely refix the existing power point, using an appropriate backing/mounting solution if required. There is access to the cavity behind the plate.

We previously had no hot water, but we have now installed a separate hot water box/unit and found an electrical solution for the hot water system. The job is to: * Remove one existing downlight and use it as the power source. * Install the pendant approximately 60–90 cm away from the existing downlight using a ceiling hook (offset/swag style). * Install the fitting over the existing downlight location * Hang and test the pendant. No new switch is required, and I’m not looking to relocate wiring through the ceiling—just use the existing downlight circuit with an offset cable to position the pendant over the table. The apartment has plasterboard ceilings and good access to the area. I haven’t purchased the pendant yet, so happy to discuss any compatibility requirements. I already have 4 of the LED downlights but I think I need a transformer - refer to images of existing halogen and current stock of 4 downlights. Kelvinator ksv25hrg 2.5kW Split System Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner unit in Newtown was not cooling or heating and displayed E1 error. As under warranty the parts have been received from Kelvinator - outside PCB unit and condenser fan motor, these need to be replaced and to be made sure it's all working fine. The unit is installed on bracket on the wall (about 4m high). Must be fully licensed and insured and provide invoice under ABN. Thank you

We have a commercial food steamer imported from China. Looking for someone experienced with rangehood or appliance repairs to diagnose and repair a lighting fault. Both lights have stopped working. I don’t know whether the problem is the bulbs, light fittings, power supply or another part of the lighting system. Rangehood model shown on the label: IRI6SE1.
