Replace x5 oyster lights to LED down lights

Fix a flickering down light in the bathroom. Tried changing the light bulb with no luck. Fix faulty PowerPoint where one switch does not work (switch cannot turn on)

We would like additional downlights and power points. We also need our dishwasher turned on and the downlights in the bathroom checked as they aren’t working.

I need an experienced electrician to replace 2 light fittings in the bedrooms. The fittings were installed by another electrician, but every time I turn on the light, the lightbulbs blow. The lighting showroom has sent me two replacement fittings, but I need someone to install them and make sure they don’t continue to blow. Hi AT’s, I have two 3 bulb pendant light fittings (one in the living room and one in the dining room) and I purchased two new fittings to replace the existing.

I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.

The air conditioner in my room is displaying E4 and only the fan works. It doesn’t cool down the room anymore.

There are two outside light fittings that have three screwed holding the cover to the globes base. They are stuck and cannot be unscrewed. I need access to change the globes.

Hi, I have a Rheem electric water heater that I need someone to help me with. The heater works, all the taps etc have got water, it’s just when I shower, the hot water runs out after about 10 minutes. I need an accredited plumber or similar to please assist! Thank you!
