We have one switch which controls the bathroom extractor fan and also the laundry cupboard light. The extractor fan works, but the light doesn’t we have replaced the bulb which has not helped. Could be a faulty switch that needs replacing. Regarding the oven bulb, sometimes the light works and sometimes it doesn’t.

I have unplugged all devices from the wall sockets and even switched each socket off manually in the affected rooms but I cannot switch the protected power switch back on. I need an electrician. The pendant light in the house was originally a 12V system, but due to issues with the LED light tubes, we replaced it with a new pendant light that needs to be connected directly to a 240V power supply. However, we discovered that the wiring coming down from the ceiling is already converted to 12V, so it is likely connected to a transformer somewhere in the circuit. The problem is that we have no idea where the transformer is located. We therefore need an electrician to investigate and resolve the issue.
