The power points are working, however an electrician has advised that the wall/plaster around some of them is crumbling, which is causing the outlets to pull away from the wall. Tasks include: Remove loose or damaged plaster around power points Fill and repair damaged areas Rebuild and strengthen wall surface around outlets where required Sand smooth and make paint-ready Ensure power points can sit neatly and securely against the wall once repaired General tidy-up of surrounding wall finish No electrical work is required. Please bring basic patching materials and tools.

Just need to run a new line from existing power outlets nearby ( 3-4 meters) away from the required insulation location on the brick wall from photos and install the new power points. I am looking for installation of two skylights - one in the bathroom (which has an existing skylight which has been leaking, see photo attached) and one in the adjoining dining room

We have one switch which controls the bathroom extractor fan and also the laundry cupboard light. The extractor fan works, but the light doesn’t we have replaced the bulb which has not helped. Could be a faulty switch that needs replacing. Regarding the oven bulb, sometimes the light works and sometimes it doesn’t.

One of the protected power switches was triggered yesterday. I have unplugged all devices from the wall sockets and even switched each socket off manually in the affected rooms but I cannot switch the protected power switch back on. For context there may be a socket that has been affected in the wall by all the rain recently as this impacted a light switch in our wall about 2 years ago.. I need an electrician. The pendant light in the house was originally a 12V system, but due to issues with the LED light tubes, we replaced it with a new pendant light that needs to be connected directly to a 240V power supply. However, we discovered that the wiring coming down from the ceiling is already converted to 12V, so it is likely connected to a transformer somewhere in the circuit. The problem is that we have no idea where the transformer is located. We therefore need an electrician to investigate and resolve the issue.

We live in a 3 story mini terrace home. The middle floor was originally 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet room. We have now knocked down the wall between the two bedrooms to make it into one master bedroom.
