Table light won’t turn on. Think the touch sensitive button isn’t working

Hi there, We’ve just moved into our apartment and need help replacing light fittings. There are lights to be changed in six different locations. One of them is a pendant light positioned in a void area, which will require a tall ladder or appropriate equipment to access safely. We have already purchased all the replacement light fittings, including the pendant. Is anyone available to complete this job today or tomorrow?

I currently have one length of track lighting above my bed in my master bedroom. I would like to remove that. I would then like to add 4x standard downlights (one in each corner of the room). They can all link back to the existing light switch - would love to add a dimmer switch if possible. The ceiling is a set ceiling/gyprock ceiling.

Electrician to reconnect PowerPoint in new bathroom shaving cabinet. Requires a cutout in mdf vanity.

3 electric windows run off actuators. The wall switch for open works. The wall switch for close does not work. I need a qualified electrician to diagnose whether the issue is the switch, motor or something else. See pictures.

We have a broken roof fan in the bathroom. It's been broken since we moved in. My partner took it apart but seems like a broken motor. Exhaust fan in the laundry room won’t switch on at all. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is currently stuck on but won’t switch off. They are connected because when the laundry fan usually switches on, the bathroom fan automatically goes on also. It doesn’t happen the other way though.
