I need a plumber to fix a leaking hot water tank. I tightened the nut but it keeps leaking. Might need to reseal the joint. It is a steady leak (approx. 1 litre every few hours) coming from a joint. It is constant and does not depend on taps being turned on. Location: The water tank is in the attic. Access is easy via a standard door in the wall. Materials: Please include the cost of materials (solder, flux, or replacement couplings) in your total quote. Parking: Free parking is available on-site. Timing: Must be fixed before Christmas. Availability: I am flexible and can meet any time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM any day this week. Note: I am looking for a reliable, permanent fix. The light fittings can be seen (one near and two over the desks) in one photo, and what remains of the hanging divider can be seen in the second photo. Need help patching up screw holes from these. Once we have moved into the new office, there will be a separate engagement for an additional fee to install these light fittings as well as the hanging room divider. This is a very tall ceiling - MUST have a tall ladder. Parking available in the building. Address for parking is 4 Wynyard Street Sydney.
