Ceiling fan installation. I believe it would be pretty straightforward other than the running of an extra cable, but I'm comfortable putting a few holes in the wall to get it there to the switch. There is an existing light fixture there and I made sure there was a beam running across and have already secured the fan base.

Qualified electrician to help me fix some things this week! I can buy the items I just need help to replace/install a simple fan, a downlight that isn't working (even with a new globe) and a bathroom fan/heat lamp after painting on Tuesday.

As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. I have a ceiling fan with a glass light cover that I’m trying to remove, but it seems to be screwed on very tightly. I’ve tried carefully unscrewing it myself but don’t want to force it and risk breaking the glass or damaging the fitting. Looking for someone to come and safely loosen and remove the glass cover. It should hopefully be a very quick/simple job with the right technique or tools. No electrical work is required — just removing the stuck glass cover. Located in Richmond. Bathroom ceiling fan making loud rattling sound shortly after startup

Looking for a licensed electrician to remove an outdoor ceiling fan from my verandah/pergola. The verandah is currently being dismantled, so I need the ceiling fan removed and the electrical wiring safely disconnected/terminated so the remaining frame can be removed. Would ideally like this done as soon as possible.
