I have just had NBN installed and have a brand new router but unsure how to install and connect I can seem to locate the port on the NBN box not sure what to do

Our home internet is currently not working and we need someone experienced with NBN connections, home networking and routers (preferably Eero) to come onsite and troubleshoot/fix the issue. Our internet provider and NBN have tested the connection and confirmed that the NBN service is up and operational and the NTD box is online. We need someone who can: * Check the NBN NTD and UNI-D Port 4 connection * Check the Ethernet connection from the NTD to our router * Troubleshoot and reconnect our **Eero router/home Wi-Fi network** * Check WAN/router settings and configuration * Determine whether the issue is with the router, cabling or home network * Ideally get the internet and Wi-Fi fully working again while onsite The NBN provider has confirmed no service dropouts over the past two days, so this appears to be an issue somewhere between the working NBN connection and our home network/router. Looking for someone experienced specifically with NBN + home networking/router troubleshooting, rather than general computer support.

NBN is going into a splitter box (wavlink) and that is going back into the modem router. Internet in the house works but the ethernet cord going into the wavlink does not connect wired internet to xbox. Even plugging directly into the wall doesn't work.

We just purchased this house and I’m needing a hand setting up my Telstra smart modem and smart wifi booster to our opticomm. I could be wrong but I think the previous owners have taken the opticomms power cord as there no lights on it at all and can’t see where it would be plugged in. If that’s the case then I’d need the Airtasker to provide the suitable cord. Preferably ASAP Thanks

Details: * New Tangerine NBN connection. * Tangerine has confirmed I do not require an NBN connection box and that the modem should connect directly via an RJ11/XDSL cable. * The property has multiple wall sockets (coax and RJ45/telephone style), and I need help identifying the correct active DSL outlet. * I have already tested the coax outlets and they do not appear to be the correct connection for this service. * I have the modem on-site, but the supplied cable does not match the wall socket, so the technician may need to provide or recommend the correct cable (RJ45 to RJ11/RJ12 if required). Tasks: * Identify the correct DSL/telephone outlet in the property. * Verify the NBN service is reaching the premises. * Supply/use the correct cable if required. * Configure and connect the modem. * Confirm the internet is working before leaving. Purchased a new internet modem / router. I can get it to work. Would like some help please

We need a network cable to run from the back of our router, under the floor to a bedroom. The crawl space is a bit tight and I don’t like being under the floor which is why I am posting this task. The direct distance between the two points in about 10 meters, but I suspect a cable would need to be 15 meters as it cannot go in a direct line between the two point. There are already holes in the floor at each end so it just needs to go in one end and come out the other. Should be quick for someone who is happy being under the floorboards. Thank you

Power outage this morning made internet cut out. The modem isn’t connect to the opticomm. I’ve been advised that we need to do a modem reconfiguration with an Ethernet cable. I’d potentially need someone available between 5-8pm today to come out to Berwick to do it. Exetel has sent instructions
