I got a modem which I can’t set up

I have the modem & router, I’ve called my internet service and it says it’s activated however I still don’t have internet… and my router box keeps going in & out. Am flexible with the date, just want it done asap

We would like the router moved to another room. We also need an additional plug socket added to a room.

Setting up a gaming modem

Current WiFi connection throughout home is volatile. Need electrical engineer or IT technician who can look at troubleshooting router and wifi issues. Potentially might need relocation of modem or extension of cabling for mesh. On HCF network at present

We bought a new asus bd4 router (2 model mesh) system, and got it working with wifi to phone and computers, but not to a brother printer, so used WPS and reset to try to fix, but now the main unit does not work at all , shows a red light instead of the previous blue when it was working

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.

I'm needing to set a new modem with an NBN connection for an international guest of mine. I just need someone professional with tech experience to go through the new modem configuration and test the NBN connection with an Ethernet connection to a computer. I'd like to have this finalised today as we need internet functioning. I have all the step by step instructions from Exetel to follow, this should be straight forward. I could do it myself, however I am not in Brisbane at the moment.

I have recently moved into a new place. I need someone to help me connect my modem to the TP link, so my Ethernet wires in the house are working. Currently when I plug in the TP link into the modem, I lose the wifi connection. It probably needs to be reset and reconfigured from the previous tenants. I would like someone to physically attend to the job.

Assistance required in setting up a new internet router

I’ve been having issues with slow connection speeds on my WiFi for some time, but recently it’s completely stopped working. As has the wired connection to my TV, which was previously working at a high speed. I have a new modem to try out, I’d like someone with more IT expertise than me to help sort it out.
