Old unit with solid walls, the nbn point is in the kitchen but pulled from opposite wall in the living room. Would like to move the point to the living room and need Ethernet extension and somehow hide the cable extensions or see if can be done from inside the walls.

We are moving house. I have a Telstra 3 Smart Modem, full Telstra NBN service already at the new property so just connecting it. We are moving that day so will be busy unloading. Telstra will send signal if needed. Spoken to Telstra. NBN is fully active at new address so will just need the modem connecting and checking it works. Should be a simple connection but we won’t have time on moving day

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.

I'm needing to set a new modem with an NBN connection for an international guest of mine. I have recently moved into a new place. I need someone to help me connect my modem to the TP link, so my Ethernet wires in the house are working. Currently when I plug in the TP link into the modem, I lose the wifi connection. It probably needs to be reset and reconfigured from the previous tenants. I would like someone to physically attend to the job.

Assistance required in setting up a new internet router

I’ve been having issues with slow connection speeds on my WiFi for some time, but recently it’s completely stopped working. As has the wired connection to my TV, which was previously working at a high speed. I have a new modem to try out, I’d like someone with more IT expertise than me to help sort it out. Help, I have issue with laptop & phone not connecting to router. I have nighthawk / netgear33 mesh set up. Blue lights are on but nothing is connecting. The technician who set it up is not available to assist & I need help today.

We have broken phone connection into modem while looking into ongoing internet issues. NBN have been out. Need connection repaired so we can work, and also look into options for a longer term fix once urgent job is sorted. Phone line isn’t mounted properly after renovations years ago & worried about safety issues & impact on connection speed. Help!
