Dear Tasker, I have a Teltonika 4G Router that needs to be swapped out in a Retail Store at East Maitland please. This is an extremely simple task, the router is completely pre-configured and you just have to move the SIM card from the existing router to the new one, then attach it using the scotch fastener included. You will need to drop the old router to any Australia Post Office (pre-paid satchel will be included). Thank you!.

Our wifi went down bought a new modem but it’s not connecting to NBN

Need help in getting internet set up. Currently have strong connection via existing router, but would like to use an ASUS 82XU to provide better wifi speeds. I can’t get the asus configured to act as a bridge

Have a working nbn wifi at home. Have a seperate home security modem. Need someone to connect both of them (? Online). The Ethernet cable system in the house is connected to the home security so although the wifi is working, Ethernet outlets are not

I’m looking for someone to assess and potentially relocate our internet modem from downstairs to upstairs, as our connection upstairs is currently very poor. Before moving anything, I’d like someone to assess whether relocating the modem will actually improve performance or recommend the best solution (e.g. new data point, cabling, or alternative setup).

We need the NBN (FTTB located in building basement) to be connected to our new modem/router (supplied by TPG) located on mezzanine level of same building, using existing network cables, patch panels and switches.

I would like to run an ethernet cable from our modem to our bedroom as the connection is not strong enough. Ideally I would like the cable to go through the roof and on a plate in the bedroom wall. Single storey house. I attached floor plan for distances. I don't have a cable or a plate.

I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.

I'm needing to set a new modem with an NBN connection for an international guest of mine. I just need someone professional with tech experience to go through the new modem configuration and test the NBN connection with an Ethernet connection to a computer. I'd like to have this finalised today as we need internet functioning. I have all the step by step instructions from Exetel to follow, this should be straight forward. I could do it myself, however I am not in Brisbane at the moment.
