Our front door is not shutting properly. It’s not clearing the floor when you shut the door.

Fire door drop-down seal faulty. It does not drop down, it is stuck. Needs to be fixed or replaced.

The bottom of two external doors have rotted. I need someone to repair the doors (if possible), sand and paint them, and ensure they close properly and do not sit in water. I also need a small repair to a bathtub. Cover / seal worn enamel with some epoxy so the metal does not rust.

The inside handle is still screwed on but need to put the outside handle back on a toilet door

We have had some tiling completed and need about an inch taken off the bottom of 2 timber doors so that they can be re-hung. Not a huge job, but I don’t have the tools to do it.

An internal bedroom door needs to be cut down to size to fit the door frame. Hinges and hardware supplied. The height is ok. The width is the problem. Hinge side will need to be cut and hinge slots cut out again.

Our sliding door has come off its rails in the studio. We need someone to come and fix it asap. Ladder is available on site

The passenger door has dropped on my bi-fold doors leading to the balcony. It needs to be raised. It is just one door that needs to be adjusted, the singular passenger door

The hinges for the kitchen cabinet have come loose on the door that the fridge sits behind. Top and bottom hinge need replacing and the two middle hinges need tightening.

I need x2 new openings created in a plasterboard wall. Wall Needs to be removed and framed made ready for door installation. Openings to be standard door size. All materials supplied you will need your own tools. See pics, the new doorways will be created behind the bookshelves…obviously the bookshelves will be relocated.

I need someone to remove and replace 4 door handles. I recently had another air tasker come to do the job however unfortunately we found out too late the the components for the new handle were too big for the existing door and he did not have the appropriate tools to fix it. Wasn’t a big deal as I had other jobs to do, but now I need it done. Prefer someone to come mid next week if possible.

I have had carpet installed so 2 bedroom doors need a few mil shaved off the bottom so they can be screwed back in to work

I have a compartment in my unit where my fridge is located - as you can see the door has completely come off, including three of the four hinges (the backing for the top one is still attached to the board). I'm looking for someone to help fix my 3-panel framed sliding shower door. One of the top rollers is missing, so the door is off-track. The rest of the door and frame are intact. You'll need to supply and install the correct replacement roller(s). Happy for you to bring universal rollers if compatible, or advise what to order online. The apartment has easy street parking, and I'm located very close to Bunnings Collingwood if you need to pick up parts on the day.
