The front door to apartment is cracked therefore needs repair or replacement including re-attaching the old deadbolt/locks to the new door. It is a 1 hour fire door certified to AS1905 standard. Width 860mm Height 2100mm Thickness 40mm

The knob on the bathroom door is broken and needs fixed There is no lock - don’t need it.

I have a compartment in my unit where my fridge is located - as you can see the door has completely come off, including three of the four hinges (the backing for the top one is still attached to the board). The three hinges are still attached to the door - I'm looking for someone who can get the door reattached to the panel. Happy to cover the cost of new hinges if needed.

We want to be able to stop our letter box flap from opening fully, but still open enough for letters to be able to be slipped through. If possible, a couple of screws or bolts on each side of the flap should stop it from opening fully.

We have a solid timber door that needs to be installed. The door has already been cut to size and painted. There is already a steel frame and hinges to fit the door to. We need someone that can both install the door and the door hardware (lock and handle, we will supply this hardware). The door will need to have hardware holes drilled. There is clear access and power available. After a comparative quote to do the work. There is no set budget. Have just put in $500 as quote system requires a number.
