The upper hinge had all 3 rivets snapped off due to force applied while the door was held open by the door closer bracket. The upper hinge is completely disconnected from the door. The lower hinge is still intact. Repair preferred if possible. Eesy access. Ground floor.

Removal of old exterior door and hang a door. Hinges will need to be adjusted and door hardware. Door is our old front door. Fits in space.

Our front door has dropped and the lock mechanisms no longer align every time. Note the hinges are painted over (in case relevant). See images.

Need to rehinge one door (the hinge is off the frame and there is not enough wood to bite into in the original spot) and fix another sliding door on rails (gets stuck maybe due to not enough grease and keep swinging out of the rails )

A few of the doors in our house don’t work properly. Some of them can’t be closed (the door hits the door frame), and some of the doors close but the latch doesn’t click in. We have 5-6 doors that need attention, and they are all internal doors. For some doors, it might just be a quick sand that is needed, but some will need to taken off the hinges and re-hung. Hi There, I need a thin bathroom window replaced. It is an older apartment building with thin bathroom windows that open out on a hinge. The frame attached to the house is fine, however the frame that the window sits in needs to be replaced. This will make more sense by looking at the images. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has easy access. The inner frame is 1450mm long by 530 high. Can I please have a quote? Unsure of price ect so don't pay too much attention to budget. Cheers.
