The gaps and damaged cornice in the pictures need to be filled and sealed properly. 2 rooms condition is different, one is better than the other. 2. Need to close the area above the wardrobes top with chip boards and apply cornice to match each room. 3. Some small gaps in the other areas also need to be fixed in the house. 4. Need the plaster surface ready for paint. Each wardrobe size: 2.5m width x 60cm deep x 2.37m Height, both wardrobes are the same size. Ceiling height: 2.7m The cost only applies for the labor charges. I have already found a retail can provide the matching cornice. I can order and have it delivered to my house. Happy to pay for extra of the other materials if needed. The job doesn’t require painting. We will paint later ourselves.

I have 2 frames about 12m wide and 3m in height required some plastering. It is a commercial proper so would like a built that will be firstly removable.

I need two ceiling repairs following some water damage. One is underneath an outside balcony that leaked near the front door entry. The other is inside the house under a shower that leaked. Pictures of both are included. Looking for repair of both, possibly with any mould treatment/inhibitor required, and plastering/gap filling and painting to match existing areas. Looking for someone with experience.
