I'm after an experience hourly rate plaster. To stop a laundry and get it ready for painting. Most likely between 2 - 4 hours work. Located Mentone Small Laundry 2 × 2.4 with two doors. Just need the plaster stopped and I'm going to use narrower arch's and skirts. So just need everything smoothed over ready for a quick sand and then paint. You will just need plaster and some tape. We have a couple of awning windows that do not open and close properly. I need someone experienced with awning window repairs to fix them

-Need wallpaper thats peeling back re stuck, (some up quite high) and a timber end trim fitted to one wall. -2 plaster walls with holes ( 900mm x 450mm and approx 500mm x 500 mm) one is up high on wall but can be reached easily from mezzanine, the other is at chest height. Also small hole in ceiling in bedroom to be fixed ( next to installed ceiling fan.) - 2 sets of vertical blinds to be removed, also up high. Happy to negotiate a price and there may be some other painting/small fix jobs you may want?
