-Need wallpaper thats peeling back re stuck, (some up quite high) and a timber end trim fitted to one wall. -2 plaster walls with holes ( 900mm x 450mm and approx 500mm x 500 mm) one is up high on wall but can be reached easily from mezzanine, the other is at chest height. Also small hole in ceiling in bedroom to be fixed ( next to installed ceiling fan.) - 2 sets of vertical blinds to be removed, also up high.
