Building a 4m high wall to wall off a loft that overlooks the living room. Have a quote for someone to build a wall with a door. Want a quote for installation of a light switch on the door and two power points. There's currently a light in the room with a switch near where the new switch will be but it's outside where the room will be. Attached photos are the loft where the wall will go.

Concreting is falling off (on the photo) so I want to do fresh new gyprocking. Dining and bedroom4 have this sheet ceiling probably need to do the framing as well, opinions welcomed.

The post support for the verandah in our pool area has rusted and needs replacing. I have attached two photos I also have another job - install two interior holland blinds above two windows fixed onto an internal brick wall. Hi - I have 2 closets that were widened and now need plastering in readiness for cabinetry to go in. In addition - we have some small repairs and picture holes that need to be filled in prep for painting.

I need a plasterer to plaster over a rendered wall. There are few places that need smooth plastering so it is paint ready. I can pay a daily rate. I think it is 4-5 hours job.
