Bathtub Resurfacing The tub has been previously resurfaced, so need to apply a paint stripper first if incase your product isn’t compatible with the existing coating. See photos. Mixer Ideally repair these mixers as there is a suspected leak. If not it needs to be replaced from out of the wall by removing existing mixer, install new mixer with diveter pin, and normal bath spout. If replacing will need to remove white tiles where required, Waterproof, Install new white tiles and grouting (Matching as close as possible). Unit is on Level 1 with lift access.

I need a new power point installed where the existing power point was. There is a hole in the cabinet where the wiring is, so a power point can be easily installed in the space. Job 2: Bathroom fan is not working and I would like a new one installed. Looking for a quote that includes the supply of new basic bathroom fan to replace existing fan. We have four awnings that we would like to paint (three are the same size and 1 is slightly smaller). I've attached a picture of the awnings as they are now with orange paint and a mock up of how we would like them to be painted with green and cream stripes. We can supply the paint if needed.

A smoke detector in our restaurant is being relocated on Wednesday, which will leave an approx 40mm hole in the ceiling above the fan (see photo 1, circled). The task is that we need a gyprocker to attend to fill this hole and paint it, THURSDAY MORNING 8.30AM. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. We have a second similar existing hole in the ceiling (see photo 2, circled) that we also need gyprocked and painted. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. You will need to bring a ladder as the ceiling is 3.2m high. I'll be on site to give access any time from 8.30AM THURSDAY. We want to start need everything early so we can finish well before the restaurant staff arrive around 1pm.
