1) Fill and re-plaster 12 previous downlight holes. 2) Removed warped section of plasterboard over front entry. Replace with new plasterboard and coving and re-plaster. Light fittings will be removed ready for job to be completed. Section is approx 1.4m x 1m.

Currently have a hole in a bathroom ceiling of 1 metre square approx that needs new plaster. We have a ceiling fan that will also need to be installed. The house is new but we had a small section of the ceiling removed after some mould showed - it is all removed now.
