Looking for an experienced handyman to repair and tidy the wall around 5 existing power points in an older house. The power points are working, however an electrician has advised that the wall/plaster around some of them is crumbling, which is causing the outlets to pull away from the wall. Tasks include: Remove loose or damaged plaster around power points Fill and repair damaged areas Rebuild and strengthen wall surface around outlets where required Sand smooth and make paint-ready Ensure power points can sit neatly and securely against the wall once repaired General tidy-up of surrounding wall finish No electrical work is required. I have a small plastering job that needs to be completed prior to painting this weekend.

I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.

I need a safe, compliant hardwired connection run from the switchboard to the sauna heater location. The heater is 9kw 220v. The main breaker board is almost right on top of where the sauna will be located but on ground level. The sauna is in the basement below. There is electrical conduit running down the wall below the breaker and there is a power point down in the basement, also very close to where the sauna is.

I have had a plumber come out to repair the space behind the toilet and I am now needing the spaces to be patched up, sanded and painted a coat of white. I do have half a litre of Dulux (Wash&Wear low sheen) paint in vivid white that can be used. The gyprock is 10mm. I am needing this done ASAP.
