I need someone to do the plastering patchup ready to paint. I have demo the 5 wardrobs, Kitchen, laundry and need to patchup the demo areas, and also do minor patchup around the house. Basically I need to patchup in whole house i try to list the main items below. - I have demo ~ 5 wardrobes and need to repair the damaged plasters. - I have demo the kitchen, and need to repair the damaged plaster - I have closed of some openings in the walls so need to patchup those from both sides. - I have removed the wall paper from one room, that wall needs to be repaied, whether with skim coat or new plaster board . - Laundry is demoed and need to repair the plaster on walls and ceiling - there are some plaster vents in the exterior walls I need to close them in whole house. - ceiling lights are remove and need to patch the holes - finish the cornice on wardrobe edges I have purchased the material and you can charge me for the labour if that makes it easier for you. I need this done urgently. I will appreciate your reply.

need installation of hardwood shelves (all boards less than 1000mm long) into plasterboard walls/wooden studs in a bedroom. brackets and some screws provided but willing to pay extra for bunnings run if needed. also would appreciate a builders eye for whether the shelf layout will work + a clean job so i dont have to move too much furniture!

I need a small wall bracket reinstalled. The wall plugs have pulled out of the wall when the bracket came loose. I need someone to remove the old anchors, supply suitable new wall anchors if required, and securely remount the bracket. The wall appears to be plasterboard. Photos attached. I need an experienced plasterer to repair/modify two decorative plaster ceiling roses. I need the raised centre section/boss flattened and finished smooth so new light fittings can sit properly. The surrounding ornamental moulding/detail must be preserved and not damaged. Scope: 2 ceiling roses Remove/flatten the raised centre section Patch and smooth the centre area Keep the outer decorative details intact Sand and make ready for painting Clean finish required Please protect the surrounding area while working Photos attached for reference. Important: this is not just a simple hole patch. I need someone with experience working around decorative/ornamental plaster.
