I'd like to better sound proof a small 2m x 3m music studio to improve the sound seepage. After installation, the walls will need to be painted.

Have a wall that has been rendered. Wall is rough. Need a plasterer to smooth so can be painted over and no longer rough. Also another adjacent wall that had small hole recently rendered. Name price.

Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary. We have done a small internal renovation and need some painting as follows: ◦ 6 new internal doors and door frames needing primer and two coats of paint ◦ Approx 30 square metres of new and patches plasterboard walls ◦ 2 new bathroom plasterboard ceilings needing primer and two coats of paint ◦ 3 square metres of new cement render on internal brick walls ◦ We will supply paint and primer.

There are some areas where adhesive hooks and posters have pulled off the paint and drywall. I am moving house and need these fixed well enough for the landlords not to notice.

Hi Adam, I need a small area rendered in preparation for tiling in a small kitchen. There are some small holes to be filled as well. The main section to be rendered is 2600mm x 30mm to a thickness of about 10mm to bring it flush. Need this done before Monday 6th. Are you able to do this and if so provide a quote?
