We have an awning at the front of the house. The top part has roofing tiles, (assuming silimar to terracotta tiles) need these all removed. Below there is cement sheeting, these need to be removed too (had this tested by Airsafe last week so happy to email you a copy of the report that it is NOT asbestos) but as always good to be safe. We want to keep the wooden frame in place and keep as a pergola for now as the power coming from the street is attached to this frame. The size of the area is 6 metres by 1 metre. So it’s not a huge area. You need to take away all the items that have been removed.

Need help from tradie with tools for drilling holes in concrete floor. Job quote is for estimates for about 3 hours of work might need more so please let me know what works. Pillar is about 2m high. I'm putting pillars up for Doggy Daycare. Wood pillars. Need suggestion for best bracket to purchase to hold wood pillars. Thanks

Fix a gate lock to a metal fence - tradesman or locksmith with tools required as you will need to cut off metal fencing to fix the lock. I have the gate lock, just need someone to fix it. There will be a small amount of cutting into metal required, therefore tools is required.

We have a sandstone wall finished in render. The wall has been water damaged (now fixed). We removed the render that was damaged. We now need the area with the missing render filled and finished. The wall measures - 197 width 248 height. The width of the area to be filled ranges between 200 and 400mm. You supply all materials.
