Galvanised steel balustrade & we want to increase the height. Today approx 900mm high & increase to 1050mm approx. Length approx 11m x 1.40m x 1.40m - C shape. Prefer to keep current balustrade & add to it rather than replace. Current balustrade attached to brick house & screwed to existing decking. Open to options to increase height: Weld new railing to top of current galvanised balustrade or increase height another way?

I accidentally hit the corner of garage at home, as pictured a little of the render has come off. Will need it patched and painted if possible please. Professional in the space- painting/rendering is preferred but not essential.

Patch hole in ceiling (heater duct), hole in wall & a little architrave in bedroom.

Get rid of the built-in wardrobe and build one plaster wall in between those two bedrooms.

Equipment and supplies required, prefer Someone with experience as it's in a main view area and can't be disgusted is a bad job. Hi Guys and gals, I have had an old fridge aircon removed from the wall and it's left a hole needing bricking up firstly and if you can plaster too the inside fixed but I can arrange that seperatly. You will need approximately 26 bricks, any colour as I will render the house one day, a grinder for the cross bricks to be removed and all other equipment for laying, may also need a small scaffolding plank due to the height. Hoping to have it done before winter hits in the next month or so - Due date: Flexible
