Work needs to be left neat and ready for painter. Include installation of cornices. Currently have the garage motor attached and 1 garage door bracket attached plus one light fitting. Needs licensed electrician to remove these and reattach once plasterboard work is completed. Quote to include material and labour plus disposal fees.

Galvanised steel balustrade & we want to increase the height. Today approx 900mm high & increase to 1050mm approx. Length approx 11m x 1.40m x 1.40m - C shape. Prefer to keep current balustrade & add to it rather than replace. Current balustrade attached to brick house & screwed to existing decking. Open to options to increase height: Weld new railing to top of current galvanised balustrade or increase height another way?
