I need somebody to replace a window hinges (both of them, one is broken). Type of window is “Awning Window”, size: 85cmx65cm. Window location: bathroom on the first floor. Access to the window from back yard.

Lower part of a brick dividing wall needs to be water-proofed and rendered, then maybe the already rendered wall needs to be re-rendered. I am not sure how long the job will take. It's about 9 metres long. The rendered wall is about 3 metres high.The photos tell the story better.

Render in around the window - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 December 2023

I've attached photo's of the first floor working area. Just looking for a straight render skim coat to back upper floor.

House is about 25 years old. Blue board has moved and created cracks generally because the nails have come loose. I've replaced many of the nails with screws and have patched but my patching is not good. I believe I need a skim coat right across the upper floor, back of house and the top of the bottom floor per photos. Total area is about 10 meters x 3 meters less windows. - Due date: Flexible

We need someone to cut out the foam/filler we used to fill this hole, and get this rendered to match the rest of the letterbox (see picture). We tried doing a quick job ourselves and as you can see looks very average, looking for a neat clean finish even if that means entire face of letterbox needs to be rendered ? We can paint once render dries or if someone wants to complete job with paint, also an option.
