Areas to Render (approx. 7 m²): Requirements: • Acrylic render suitable for HardieFlex • Two‑coat system (base + skim) • All masking and protection included • Painting not required (I will paint later) Access & Timing:: Outdoor job, easy access. All days except Sunday.

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.
