We are happy for the opening to be filled using either of the following methods: * Timber or metal stud frame with plasterboard (Gyprock). * Brickwork with plaster applied. We are open to whichever option is most suitable and cost-effective for the job. What’s required: * Close the existing opening securely. * Ensure the wall is properly framed or supported as required. * Apply plaster and finish the surface smoothly, flush with the surrounding wall. * Leave the area ready for painting. Important: We will take care of the painting ourselves, so painting is not required. Repair and Repaint Damaged Plasterboard Inside Built-in Wardrobe. We recently had our old built-in wardrobe removed and replaced with a new wardrobe system. After removing the old shelves and fittings, several patches of paint and plasterboard surface were damaged, exposing the brown plasterboard paper underneath. Looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair these areas and restore the wall to a clean, smooth white finish. Scope of work: * Prepare and seal the exposed plasterboard patches. * Apply suitable filler/plaster compound where required. * Sand and smooth the repaired areas to blend with the existing wall. * Prime and repaint the affected wall for a consistent white finish. * Protect the newly installed wardrobe shelves, panels and hanging rails during the work. * Clean up after completing the job. Needing a small plastering patch job done in our carport. There is an existing pipe that will be removed so needs to be touched up.

Need an existing awning window chain winder replaced with a Whitco lockable winder. I can supply the winder or please quote if you prefer to supply and install. Also, lever sets on two bedroom doors are not latching/closing properly and need to be adjusted so they shut smoothly.
