We need some repair work done to the balcony in 3 areas which has some rotten wood. We also need plaster boarding of a whole in the wall as shown in the pictures. We can do the painting.

Help me remove / dispose 4 drawer cupboard (116cm H, 76cm W, 46cm D). Optional(separate task), if required, fill the gap with a 10mm thick plasterboard

Remove of existing bagged render to external lowest house

Mount dryer on wall, fix ceiling light not working, and resecure loose power point that’s come off the wall.

Removal of 4 sheets of gyprock in the garage. Each sheet is approximately 1m X 2.8m. The gyprock has some mould.

Supply and install plaster on both sides of exisiting wall. Please sheet both sides but only stop-up one side (one side will be covered with wooden panelling) Coverage size: ~1600 x 2200 per wall

Add 2x power point and ethernet point at the back of the TV to hide the cables at the back. Currently the power points and ethernet are down below 300mm from near the floor and we need to add/raised those points at around 1600mm to be kept at the back.

One of the underside panels of the awning above my shopfront has come loose and is hanging slightly. I need someone to inspect and reattach it, or remove and refit it if needed. Looking for someone experienced with awnings, exterior panel work, or general building repairs. The frame appears intact — this looks like a surface panel that has come loose from its fixings. 1 bathroom and 1 small ensuite need to be stopped up. Cement sheet villa board and plasterboard will be hung already. Full height wall tiles to be installed.

I accidentally hit the corner of garage at home, as pictured a little of the render has come off. Will need it patched and painted if possible please. Professional in the space- painting/rendering is preferred but not essential.

I am renovating my laundry and need to install an extra power point below an existing one (so that the washing machine can be plugged in below bench height). The wall is gyprock. The mess in the floor in the photo will be cleaned up and machine machine moved prior to attendance to allow clear and easy access.

I have a corner of our bedroom that had water damage a while ago, this has since been rectified, but we need a plasterer to repair the damaged corner. See photo

We are moving out of a rental property and need lots of small marks on/in the walls repaired. Nothing major but lots of them across different rooms. We have some paint from the landlord which will hopefully match but if not will need a trip to the local Bunnings for a paint match sample (additional cost). 0830-1.30pm although might be done much quicker, not sure.
