gprock the inside of a small shed - 2.6 m x 3.6 m (walls and ceiling) in preparation for painting

Need a concreter to do a concrete render on the bottom third of two walls in our studio (below the tiled areas in the pictures on the concrete sheeting). The two areas to be concreted are 5400 x 1980 each. We would like it to have a very raw unpolished concrete look. See third image for what we want it to look like.

*open to offers* Urgent: Experienced Handyman Needed to Rehang Heavy Sliding Bedroom Door I have a large, heavy internal sliding door that was removed from its track and now needs to be put back into place. The door and existing sliding mechanism are all there and were working correctly before it was removed. The job is essentially to correctly re-engage/rehang the door onto the existing track and make sure it is sliding properly again. Friends have attempted to put it back but, due to the weight of the door and the mechanism, I need someone who has actual experience installing or repairing large sliding doors. The door is quite heavy, so you may need a second person to assist with lifting it into position. This is urgent and must be completed by Monday at 3pm at the latest. Please only make an offer if you have experience with sliding doors/door tracks and are confident you can complete the job.

Hang 2 picture frames on double brick rendered walls. Dimensions & Weight: Approx 62cm x 87cm each, plastic front (no glass), and lightweight at max 2.2kg each. Special Note: The hanging hardware/back pieces on one of the frames are slightly uneven (one is higher than the other), so some careful measuring and adjustment will be needed. Hardware: Please bring appropriate masonry fixings/hardware for double brick rendered walls. I will reimburse you for the cost of the hardware separately. Need a licensed electrician to inspect and replace a cracked kitchen power point. It previously buzzed once and had a burning smell, but is currently no buzzing, smell or heat. Please inspect the wiring for any damage/overheating and replace the power point.
