We have a portable air-conditioning unit but the place we are currently staying have awning window. Unfortunately it's not going to work with the current setup. We need someone who can setup the unit using a perspex material to fit in the hose straight into the hole.

Render and paint need to be done

I have one large patched section of the ceiling that needs to be plastered and painted. There are also some other smaller holes on walls that need filling, fixing and painting / finishing.

Need to install wardrobe cabinets with soft close drawers, open shelves and rails to an existing builder provided 3600mm wide wall to wall built-in wardrobe with 2 pair (x4) hinged doors. An existing melamine shelf with hang rail beneath needs to be removed without damaging the plasterboard walls before fixing wardrobe internals to the wall. build wardrobe internals with soft close drawers for 3 towers - two 50cm wide and one 100cm wide, each tower with 4 drawers, rest of the towers with a combination of both open shelves and handrails with handrail preferably at the bottom. All cabinets and drawers should be white color. Please quote an estimate for the scope with sample photos of your previous work for similar task.Ill then confirm and arrange a visit for accurate measurement.

Gyprock and plaster 4 holes in wall ceilings , have some of the cuts not all. Shop located at Canterbury station. Can start from 9.30 am on Thursday 20th, need to complete on same day. Professional job :)

Gyprock Wall Repair & Paint Touch-Up I have 4 small holes/damaged areas in a Gyprock wall. I tried to repair them myself, but the finish is not very good. I’m looking for someone experienced to: * Properly repair and patch the 3 areas * Sand and smooth the surface * Match the existing wall finish as closely as possible * Paint over the repaired areas and blend the paint with the existing wall * Make the repairs as invisible as possible Looking for someone experienced in Gyprock/plasterboard repairs and painting. I'd like someone to install my new Soundbar underneath the tv (picture refers). I've managed to hide the power cord behind the tv and want to keep the same look for the soundbar, which will mean having someone poke a hole in the wall and going under the house to feed the power cord back in, behind the tv. It's also likely we'll need another power point behind the TV too, as currently it's just a one plug power point OR an adapter* I have the correct mount, as well as the sound bar. I'd need someone to bring two brush plates to keep the wall in good shape. Note there's only about 2cm gap behind the TV and we may also need to think about a recessed wall box behind the TV OR an ultra-thin flat plug/extension cord for side entry*. *If the latter easier fixes then I'd want to negotiate price down.

The RCD labelled “Protected Power” (C20, 30mA) trips the instant I switch it on, so all power points are dead. Lighting circuit is fine. Cause is known: insecticide spray went into one power point and the tripping started immediately after. The RCD has been off since and I haven’t touched the outlet. What I need: the affected outlet inspected and replaced, and the circuit tested.
