Fix Roof Leak & Repair Ceiling Plasterboard I’m looking for an experienced roofer/handyman to fix a roof leak and repair internal ceiling damage. Water is leaking through a box gutter and coming into the ceiling. It appears the issue is where two box gutters join, and water is seeping through the connection. The current silicone fix isn’t working, so I’m after a more permanent solution. Scope of work: • Identify and fix the source of the leak (box gutter join) • Provide a proper, long-term repair (not just silicone) • Repair and replace damaged ceiling plasterboard • Ensure the area is sealed and finished properly Please bring your own tools and materials. The Issue: The cat pulled the blind, causing the bracket screws to rip through the drywall. The original mounting holes are now quite large and crumbled, so they will need heavy-duty anchors (like SnapToggles or Toggle Bolts) to be reinstalled securely. Task includes: Removing the remaining blind/bracket from the ceiling. Patching/filling the damaged drywall area. Re-mounting the bracket using heavy-duty anchors that can handle downward weight. Popping the roller blind back into place. Requirements: Please bring your own ladder and heavy-duty drywall anchors (SnapToggles preferred). I have photos of the damage attached. Located in Rosebery. Need top of doorway re rendered and packed out, making it level, not flush with the bowed lintel. Previous rendered i engaged here put the angles to match the lintel, when i needed it perfectly level. He said he would come and pack it out, and make level, but ghosted me 🤦‍♂️ It is in the kitchen, and cant have a buckled opening next to a brand new kitchen, obviously.

The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future.
