3 Orion Cameras and 2 powerpoints worked fine until new router was installed. All only work on 2.4hz which I have set up on phone and router but can't get anything on GRID to recognise devices. All worked fine before change. Cameras are a bit older so don't come up on choice of cameras to install butI'm sure the issue is with the connection.

I have superloop nbn with an eero modem. The internet service is connected but has not been working for weeks. I have tried to reconnect the modem but there are so many cables and outlets I can't work it out. I really need the NBN connected today and Supwrloop just refer me to AI. Also I need to leave the house by 6.30pm.

Looking for a handyman to help tidy up my internet equipment in my garage in Seaton. I currently have three devices: * NBN box (black) – already mounted on the wall and can stay where it is. * Modem/router * Wi-Fi extender I’d like the modem and extender neatly mounted on a white wall panel or shelf underneath the NBN box, with all the loose cables organised and concealed using white cable trunking. I’ve attached two photos: 1. Current setup – showing how the equipment is currently arranged, with the modem and extender sitting on a chair and loose cables hanging down. 2. Proposed setup – an AI-generated image showing roughly what I’d like the finished result to look like. I’m not expecting an exact replica of the AI image, but something similar that’s neat, practical and professional-looking. No electrical work or changes to existing power points required. We are in the process of moving into a new apartment. We are trying to connect the modem/internet and realised and how tech-savvy we are not. We need someone who can come to our new apartment and get our internet set up. One of the issues we have is that it requires an Ethernet cable (which we've bought) however neither of our laptops have the proper plug in. I have the following details: * FTTB * Wireless N300 VDSL2/ADSL2+ Modem Router * Kogan Internet (which is apparently through Vodafone?) My internet has been dropping out and after much troubleshooting Telstra have sent me a replacement smart modem, I need someone to come and connect it properly, and set up the 3x google home nest extension points across the house. I believe the nbn box is connected through the Foxtel box

When my home was built CAT5 cabling was installed. It runs to each room from a hub under the stairs. We've never used it. We find though that our Telstra modem (new), which broadcasts auto does not work well in some rooms. We have 2-3 Telstra boosters. They though don't help. Eager for someone to check and prep the LAN to allow it to work - no cabling needed. Just link it to the modem. Also to check the auto 2.4 and 5 broadcast or set up two bands.
