I’ve just moved into a new place and brought my Netgear modem/router with me. Problem is, it’s not connecting properly with my new Superloop internet service it keeps dropping out and won’t stay connected. Superloop support says it’s a Netgear/modem issue, but I can’t figure out the right configuration. I need someone with technical experience in setting up Netgear devices (and ideally Superloop connections) to: 1. Check and properly configure my existing modem/router. 2. If it still doesn’t work, head to Officeworks (or another nearby store), pick up a compatible replacement modem, and set it up. – I’ll cover the cost of the new modem and compensate you for your time/travel. Looking for someone who can get this sorted asap today so I can get back online without dropouts. Thanks in advance!

Tech support - mesh extender to router setup

There is a studio we have that small business use for their clients. Now there is a new shed was recently built and since then, the studio can not get internet. Or even hotspot. I have no idea why. Bought a mesh router extender & it won’t connect. There is a main building where the router is positioned and want to connect the Netgear mesh extender to the outside studio. If you know what you are doing, it will probably take maximum 30 minutes. I just need an expert who actually knows what they’re doing and why this isn’t working. Need to come out 8am this Friday before clients arrive or Friday afternoon

Tp-Link Archer VR400 Wifi is connecting and modem/router is showing all necessary lights but there is not internet connection on devices. This building is a FTTP (Opticomm) service and I have spent time on the phone with them already. This is not an issue from their end. The modem is also brand new
