I have recently moved into a new place. I need someone to help me connect my modem to the TP link, so my Ethernet wires in the house are working. Currently when I plug in the TP link into the modem, I lose the wifi connection. It probably needs to be reset and reconfigured from the previous tenants. I would like someone to physically attend to the job.

Security system has worked well for years until new router installed. Disconnect was caused by incompatibility of old system with new 5G router. Router has now been adjusted to provide 5 and 2.4 bandwidth options so reconnecting to internet should be able to be performed.

Assistance required in setting up a new internet router

I’ve been having issues with slow connection speeds on my WiFi for some time, but recently it’s completely stopped working. As has the wired connection to my TV, which was previously working at a high speed. I have a new modem to try out, I’d like someone with more IT expertise than me to help sort it out. NBN have recently installed a new modem unfortunately the wireless reception is poor. The Internet provider (iinet) suggested a mesh router to boost reception. We need advice on the right one and then have it installed.
