We just purchased this house and I’m needing a hand setting up my Telstra smart modem and smart wifi booster to our opticomm. I could be wrong but I think the previous owners have taken the opticomms power cord as there no lights on it at all and can’t see where it would be plugged in. If that’s the case then I’d need the Airtasker to provide the suitable cord. Preferably ASAP Thanks

Purchased a new internet modem / router. I can get it to work. Would like some help please

We need a network cable to run from the back of our router, under the floor to a bedroom. The crawl space is a bit tight and I don’t like being under the floor which is why I am posting this task. The direct distance between the two points in about 10 meters, but I suspect a cable would need to be 15 meters as it cannot go in a direct line between the two point. There are already holes in the floor at each end so it just needs to go in one end and come out the other. Should be quick for someone who is happy being under the floorboards. Thank you

Power outage this morning made internet cut out. The modem isn’t connect to the opticomm. I’ve been advised that we need to do a modem reconfiguration with an Ethernet cable. I’d potentially need someone available between 5-8pm today to come out to Berwick to do it. Exetel has sent instructions
