Bought a new mesh router system (TP Link EB5000) which runs a 5ghz system. Our existing Eufy doorbell won't connect because it runs of a 2.4ghz system. I've tried to follow many various tutorials off the internet to turn off the 5ghz system and run the router at 2.4ghz to allow the doorbell to connect however i've been unsuccessful so far in getting the doorbell to connect to the new router.

We need a network cable to run from the back of our router, under the floor to a bedroom. The crawl space is a bit tight and I don’t like being under the floor which is why I am posting this task. The direct distance between the two points in about 10 meters, but I suspect a cable would need to be 15 meters as it cannot go in a direct line between the two point. There are already holes in the floor at each end so it just needs to go in one end and come out the other. Should be quick for someone who is happy being under the floorboards. Thank you
