No wifi, iiNet say the nbn box is testing fine and purchased a new tc link modem and still won’t work, tc link say it’s nbn and iiNet saying its most likely the modem

Our TP link router has lost connection with our Telstra modem. I have tried troubleshooting solutions online but no luck. (Disconnecting both, restarting, back to factory settings , etc etc. Spent a couple of hours on it.) This is a job for an expert.

My modem / router died, I’ve purchased a new one and have it connected to my NBN unit but it can’t establish an internet connection. I can Connect to the device otherwise, just can’t get an internet connection. I also have a Wifi Range extender in the mix but haven’t got that far yet as I don’t have internet yet.
