I have a flat metal roof on a 1 Storey house that needs repair in a few rusted areas. I wish to replace a few of the rusted sheets. I can help source the sheets. I also want to add a few overflow spouts for very heavy rain. This is not super urgent but is something I wish to fix prior to winter.

Install scaffolding in accordance with Victorian Worksafe Regulations. Client to disconnect lights and cameras from eave linings. Carefully remove asbestos eaves from around the house. Carefully remove all the old Concealed gutters from the house. Cut back rafter tails to correct position. Install new timber fascia, Colorbond fascia cover and quad gutters Re-level all the new gutter so all the water is draining to the correct down pipes. Change all down pipes to Colorbond. Down pipes to be connected to existing storm water. Install new eave linings around the house. Remove all rubbish from site, sweep and clean up. Compliance will be issued on completion. 30 year warranty on all Colorbond materials

We have the bracket with the fuse that connects the cable from the mains on top of our car port roof. Due to hevy winds and a branch falling, the bracket has partially gone crooked. The power is still there to the house. The main cable that connects from the main is saggy and the energy company has asked us to get it fixed since it is a safety issue. We need the cable to be tighted and not changed by a licensed Electrician. We need the bracket securely fixed the roof. We also need the part of the roof that has been damaged to be fixed. This is just at the corner with the roof facia and 2-3 roof tiles.

Yesterday while closing my sunroof I noticed a crack or a similar sound. Something may be stuck there or something may have cracked, I'm not sure. It closes 95% of the way, but when I press it again to try and close it fully, it tries but then stops, almost like it senses something is there in the way. PS: I've tried to cover the gap with plastics bags, to prevent bugs from coming in
