I have existing solar panels with brackets from an existing solar system. I have removed them due to a second floor addition but now need them reinstalled. There are 17panels that make up a 6.6kwh system. Everything else is in place such as the inverter and wiring. I have included some photos of the old design and the new structure now for reference. Currently I have scaffolding present that will make the job easier.

I have a outdoor area that is currently uncovered which i want covered. I am cost conscious about this one and if the cost is too high i probably won't do it - i am thinkning clear corrugated sheets as we still want the sun to come through I am not prescious about how this is done - am open to the most cost effective way of it being done Measurements are 1.1M wide and 3.3M long as you can see on the window side there may be some slight nuances The clear wall is a joint wall with our neighbour - so if you suggest doing anything off that wall you would need to come check it out before doing it My last photo shows the tiles on a slight decline which takes the water to the drain just on the right - which is something that will need to be considers re guttering or can you have it run into the existing drain - only problem here is the communal wall and that wall is slightly shorter then the other As mentioned not precious how this is done - what materials are used etc just want the sun to come through still and for the area under it to be water proof I have no idea what the budget should be so i have put down $500 as a starting point I want this done in the next 2 weeks

Removal of guy wire from chimney on roof. The wire has come loose from its anchor point on the roof and the free end is swinging and banging against the chimney (picture 1). Require full removal of wire. Must have own ladder/ tools. Also require the exterior pane of an adjacent velux skylight window cleaned as there appears to be lichen growth on the outside. (Picture 2 taken from interior) Roof near chimney is flat and easy to access. Skylight is on pitched roof section and slightly higher up - it is difficult to photograph this from the outside as this would require climbing on the roof. Ideally available middays 12-2pm from Monday next week (8.12).
