I need an experienced installer to mount and set up a Starlink system on the roof of my apartment building.

Our downpipe has detached at one of the junctions. It needs to be repaired or replaced.

The roof above the porch needs some roof tile replacement to fix the leak.

I’m looking for someone to mount 2 x 50mm x 1860mm metal tubing along the sides of my trailer and mount to the exisiting frame and then weld 3 x crossbars to those tubes to allow for a roof top tent to be mounted. When mounting the sides rails must use silicon around the holes so it doesn’t leak, I’ll supply the metal

I need all the soil removed from a rooftop garden and taken away from the site, to allow the site to be re-waterproofed. The garden is about 4m x 4m in size and I estimate about 400mm deep. It has foot access from the second floor or a ladder can be put up from the backyard. Soil could also be dropped from the upper floor into a bin/wheelbarrow from the upper floor if you have appropriate equipment. There is side access to the backyard to get the soil out to the street.

Removal of guy wire from chimney on roof. The wire has come loose from its anchor point on the roof and the free end is swinging and banging against the chimney (picture 1). Require full removal of wire. Must have own ladder/ tools. Also require the exterior pane of an adjacent velux skylight window cleaned as there appears to be lichen growth on the outside. Gutter and downpipes cleaning

I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.
