Tiling Works • Tile Installation: o Supply and install outdoor ceramic tiles (tiles supplied by the owner). o Ensure proper adhesive application for durability and adherence. • Skirting Tiles: o Supply and install skirting tiles with a minimum 100mm upstand around all surrounding walls. • Grouting: o Grout all tiled areas with an appropriate outdoor-grade grout. • Sealing: o Seal all tiles with a high-quality tile sealer to enhance waterproofing and reduce maintenance requirements. 5. Final Works • Repair and match render to surrounding walls, including colour matching. • Cork all perimeter joints and transitions to ensure a seamless finish. • Wash down and clean all tiles thoroughly in preparation for sealing. 6. Waste Removal and Clean-Up • Dispose of all debris, waste materials, and rubbish offsite. • Clean up the worksite, ensuring all affected areas are left in good condition *Must have own insurance.
