The job will involve: (1) Checking and tightening all screws on the Colorbond roof sheets (2) Resealing areas where water is seeping through to stop the leaks (3) Giving the roof a good clean (ideally with a pressure washer) to remove dirt and debris

The previous guys hired cleaned the gutters of the house roof and left out the pergola. Needing someone’s help to clean out just the long side of the pergola. And silicone potentially any gaps causing rain leak. See photo.

We had a plumber come through to fix the leak that was happening in our shower but for some reason he had smashed the tile rather then the wall behind it. We have gone without a shower for over a year so now at desperate need. The plumbing is getting fitted tomorrow, and will need it fixed after that. Can negotiate the offer but not by much as my dad has gotten very sick and is out of work so that has played a part to why the shower been put off due to financial difficulties. The pergola covering needs to be cut back about 5 - 10cm so it doesn't cover the whole gutter. It is already installed and traps leaves.

Theres visible sagging and gutter damage as can be seen on the image. I know it requires a couple of trades, but can be done by a handyman. The fascia and eaves are water damaged, sagging and has black mould. There is rotten and deterioration in the timber as seen in tbe photos. These needs to be replaced. Replace any rotten rafter ends and timbers.
