My dogs use the grass on my rear balcony. However the balcony does not have drainage and the run off goes to the car space below. I have been given permission by body corporate to add a gutter and tap into drainpipe next to the balcony so this can collect runoff and i can hose down and clean the balcony without run off going downstairs.

Reinstate down pipe to run along floor out to back laneway. We have the old piece of pipe that can be reused if needed. Fence needs a hole cut through it.

Currently sound travels too easily between rooms and can sometimes be distracting to other people trying to sleep or study. I’d like to be able to be in my room and have reasonable sound proofing so room level sounds dont travel across to other rooms.

I need help unblocking a drain on my rooftop balcony. Water isn’t draining properly after rain - it’s pooling on the surface, so I think the outlet or pipe is blocked with debris (leaves, dirt, etc). The drain connects to the stormwater system. Access is via internal stairs and a normal balcony door, no scaffolding or special roof access required. Would like someone who can: • Locate and clear the blockage (balcony drain and connected downpipe if needed) • Check flow is restored • Clean up after the job Please bring your own tools, e.g. drain snake, pressure hose, or wet vac. If inspection shows a bigger issue (e.g. cracked pipe or deeper blockage), please let me know before doing extra work.
