I'm looking for a carpenter (crew) who can be on site while my tile roof is being replaced with a colorbond. When the tiles come off, I need the bowed, warped, damaged and unsound trusses repaired, straightened etc. Gang plates secured, timbers sistered where required. I also require the brick chimney broken down below roof level. This will be an ongoing job for the time the roof is being replaced. Plenty of other carpentry work on the site for a small crew. Examples of the required repairs attached.

Found wet plaster last night and need around 3 or 4 monier concrete tiles replaced urgently. Single storey house. I have spare tiles to replace.

Looking for someone to repair a hole in ceiling - (see photo) and repaint roof. I can supply the plaster board and the paint if required but feel free to quote with the material (paint and plaster)
