I have a small townhouse in Fitzroy. I need some help with some tasks on Saturday 24 May 2025 from 9.00am to 10.00am. Each task should take 20 minutes. 1. I need a key safety box mounted to the wall in my courtyard. 2. I need someone to stand on a ladder in the courtyard and use a broom to clear leaves from just 5 meters of gutter (that is on my garage). I will clear them up after they fall to the ground. I have a ladder but if you have a ladder you are used to that you can bring that's even better. 3. I need someone to help put up a velcro door curtain in my living room. You tape it on the wall so there is no drilling required.

Supply and install replacement gal downpipe. Photos attached show previous down pipe and current condition. Downpipe terminates in open drain below. Also need to remove some debris from room.

Need a new lining on my vw passat

I’m looking for someone to install a rangehood vent on the roof. I am on the top floor (Level 2) of an apartment block. Rangehood Model is Westinghouse WRF613SA. I will need a written quotation with a description of works required for this including how this will be installed in the roof, make, model and dimensions, so that I am able to send this to the body corporate for approval. You must have the appropriate licence and certifications to carry out this work and also to provide warranty on the work. Currently the Rangehood goes up to the cavity and the roof is directly above it. There is easy access to the roof.

We have 3 meeting rooms that need soundproofing. The job largely entails plugging gaps where the walls meet the ceiling and around the doors with soundproofing material to prevent sound bleeding between the rooms. We may need to look at affixing a false ceiling / soundproofing in the boardroom to enhance meeting participants experience and elevate professionalism. Noises from the upper floor can be disruptive during meetings and make it difficult for people online in particular to hear.

We have a leak coming down from a low level roof into a window. Look for someone to be able to fix this afternoon

Looking for a plumber to reroute some downpipes on the south side of the property. We’re putting in new sliding doors and kitchen windows, and we’d like the pipes moved so they’re out of sight once everything’s installed. Details: - The pipes currently run in front of where the new doors and windows will be, so we need them redirected (see photos for the current setup and the new path marked in green). - You’ll need a ladder to reach everything. If you’re experienced with this type of work and can make it look nice and tidy, feel free to reach out.

Golf VW 2009; after a celebratory punch in the air with a fist - I accidentally hit the roof of the car - pulling away the roof lining at the edge of front sunglass holder storage box - this tiny slack has now progressed to the back - now coming away from the back seat roof lights. The lining itself is intact completely / not decayed .
