Work needed (quote to include): -Inspect and advise the correct fix (appears like a concealed/box gutter feeding a rectangular downpipe). -Supply + install new gutter/liner and make watertight, including any necessary flashings.Repair/replace rotten timber as required so the gutter can be fixed properly. --Check/clear and reconnect existing downpipe/outlet; confirm correct fall and drainage. Requirements:Must be a roof plumber experienced with box/concealed gutters and timber rot repairs. Please include materials and any access requirements in the quote and confirm you can do Roofing (stormwater) work (VIC).

The sunroof on my Honda CRV is broken. It seems to slant down on one side exposing a gap that leaks during rain so that water pools on the front passenger seat footwell. cord has broken off where is enters the house. Antennae is on roof, house has 12 foot ceiling heights.

My tenant noticed that when she has longer than usual showers, the carpet in the room next to the bathroom gets wet. Any other issues (damaged pipes and drainage, leaking from hot water system) has been already ruled out. I just need to waterproof the shower. I need to: a) waterproof and silicone along wall of the bathroom, b) install a tile boarder edge; c) regrout and resilicone the shower - we are talking about some micro holes, the shower looks is decent conditions. c) install a 3 cm silicone edge to isolate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Shower size: 148 cm width, 84 cm depth, 190 cm height, 56 cm door.
