We're looking to replace our old toilet with a new one: https://bandh.com.au/product/bh-darabtw-suite-toto-s2-washlet/ We don't need any electrical work, just to take out the old one, and replace with this new one. I've added a photo of the current toilet to help. I believe the toilet is sitting on top of the tiles, so no tile work needed.

LG front loader waste water to drain into the pipe associated with laundry sink. Removalists suggested an O ring but I think it needs to be clamped. I don’t have a clamp

Installation of DIY cold room

Need a qualified plumber to replace old toilet suite and sink suite. Need suggestions on buying the new toilet and sink suite as well. The pictures of old items are attached. Work will involve: -Disconnect and remove current vanity and toilet complete suite. - Supply and install new vanity ( after discussion) - Supply and install new hot and cold water isolation valves with cover plates to suite. - Supply and install plug and waste. - Supply and install new drainage and trap to suite with cover plates. - Supply and install new basin mixer tap. (After discussion) - Supply and install new back to wall toilet suite. (After discussion) - Adjust water to suite new toilet suite. - Supply and install new water isolation valve with cover plate and water supply hose. - Test all works. - Remove all rubbish from site

Garden irrigation has sprung a leak that needs fixing. Looks like a repair job has been attempted before with approx 20cm of pipe cut out and replaced (which has become detached).

Toilet is gurgling and filling up with water - need someone to come out with an electric eel and clear out tree roots from pipe.

I have 2 zones (front and back yard) that connect into a Holman BX4 tap timer, however the unit no longer works and have just purchased a new tap timer. The connection points for the zones on the new unit are further apart from each other, which means one of the irrigation pipes will need to be cut/adjusted/refit to reach the new zone connection point into the new tap timer. It should be a very simple and easy job, I just don’t have the time to do it myself unfortunately.

Bosch dishwasher, no/very little water entering through the spin arms, loads not washing. Cleaned out the pump, cleaned out the arms, no blockage at the drain or water inlet at the plumbing. Need it fixed, will need to work out a time around my shifts.

Water accumulates in main solonoid box when main line turned on. Three of the 5 separate irrigation lines can be turned on manually from this box. But the KRX automatic console does not activate any of the lines anymore.

Remove a non functional and blocked ‘InSinkErator’ food disposal unit and replace with a normal sink drain. Supply parts as needed.
