Find an experienced plumber in Vermont

I need help fixing a leak coming from the base of the kitchen mixer tap. When the tap is turned on, water drips down through the hole where the mixer’s hoses pass through the sink (see photo with the red arrow). The leak appears to be coming from inside the mixer body or around the hose connections, then running underneath the sink.

Need to replace sewer lead off junction as it had root infestation. Digging has been done to expose the pipes and any subsequent earthwork is not part of this request. Just need a plumber to properly replace the lead off junction to main sewer.

Shower rail leaks, needs repair or replace the unit.

1) Disconnect the existing gas cooktop. 2) Supply and install an isolating valve on the gas line to the cooktop.

Both bathroom shower heads are leaking, suspecting the shower spindle tap handle washers are worn out as a result. There will be 4 tap washers to be replaced (2 x hot/cold).
