The Aquamax is about 15 to 20yo, was working fine until last Sunday, turn off the main gas to replace the stove top .Yesterday, tried to lit the pilot flame as per instruction on the unit, didn't light up. Didn't smell any gas around the unit. Current status Stove top is working so there is gas. Pilot light is not on. Location is Vermont. Please ask if you need more details.

I need help fixing a leak coming from the base of the kitchen mixer tap. When the tap is turned on, water drips down through the hole where the mixer’s hoses pass through the sink (see photo with the red arrow). The leak appears to be coming from inside the mixer body or around the hose connections, then running underneath the sink.

Require plumber to fix a toilet leak - every time I flush, the water continues to overflow into the toilet bowl. NOTE - I recently replaced the inlet valve seal, but the issue appears to be something else.
