Change tap Spout came flying off when tap was opened

Our hot water pressure is gone. Cold water is fine. Need a plumber to diagnose, hopefully even fix it if its an easy thing to do. I think the flame has gone out

Toilet won't stop filling once float reaches level, seal seems fine. Seat popped off. Toilet seat not fit correctly, needs adjustment or replacement. Bathroom tap dripping, seal needs replacement. Laundry tap handle popped off, might need replacement.

New fridge plumbing installation. Close water access.

Toilet and sewer pipe appears to be blocked

Two shower heads have a leak probably just a rubber needs replacing and peel/ reseal area of molding in shower . Old mold been there when we bought the house 10 years ago with no change.

There’s leak from shower. It needs to Re-grout and recaulk shower cubicle. Resecure sehlf and put silicone in the screw holes Re-silicone shower fixtures at wall penetrations Install puddle flange to shower waste. Checked the possible cause of leak . It is found that the waste outlet for the shower did not have a puddle flange, there was cracking to grout to the rear RHS of the tiled base, pinholes and cracks to grout in some areas of wall tiles in shower and the shelf on the rear wall was loose which would allow water to enter the wall cavity. •LDT confirms holes in the screed at the waste outlet could be allowing water to escape, cracks to grouting on the floor tiles and no puddle flange installed at waste. •LDT also stated the shelf fixings are loose and could allow water to escape aswell as deteriorated silicone to the shower head wall fixtures - Happy to negotiate the price/cost - Due date: Flexible
