I need someone to repair and service two toilets and two bathroom sinks. In the toilets, the water does not stop running after use, and sometimes they also make a loud noise. The bathroom sinks are blocked. Even though I have used chemical drain cleaners, water still backs up, so I believe the pipes need to be properly cleared to fix the blockage.

Replace the old toilet seats with new ones . Two taps ( not mixer) needs to change washer only as it’s leaking
