Toilet roll holder keeps coming off wall. Screw holes too big. Need anchor in wall and may require plaster, No painting req'd. Replacement garage door needs to be fitted (not painted) as well as bought canopy. Also, garden tap needs to be anchored to wall.

Toilet is blocked. When flushed, water rises but flushed extremely slowly. Have attempted to unblock myself by using a plunger, various unblocking liquids and a sink/drain unblocking tool - with no luck. Possible that my kid has put something down there and has blocked it. Require someone/plumber to attend and unblock toilet.
