Looking for a skilled professional to do the following tasks for 3 washbasins, 1 kitchen sink and 1 small shower area - Remove existing sealant/caulking - Apply new sealant for washbasins and kitchen. Shower base needs to be caulked. You should have previous experience doing this kind of job and must complete the task with a clean finish.

We have a blocked toilet and need a plumber to come out. Monday 1 December preferred. Should be a quick fix.
