I need a plumber or experienced handyman to unblock a bathtub drain. My 4-year-old decided to "dissolve" cardboard in the tub, and the drain is now completely blocked with wet pulp. Must have a proper drain snake (auger) or a high-powered wet/dry vacuum to extract the pulp. Need the job completed this weekend.

The toilet doesn’t flush properly when someone is using the main bathroom. This has led to odour in house

The control knob that prevents water from running out on both shower heads seem to be broken. Whenever I turn the shower on to use the hand-held shower heads, the water also escapes from the overhead showerhead. The knob that controls this and prevents simultaneous two-way flow is not too tight. I'm suspecting it could be the problem. I need this fixed please.
