Trying to get some quotes to change current bathroom basin tap to mixer tap if possible or quote to change the basin and install new mixer tap

My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. The particleboard under the sink already has some water staining. I'm looking for someone experienced with plumbing and tap repairs/installations, so that the the leak does not reoccur. A qualified plumber would be preferred, but an experienced handyman with proven tap repair skills will also be considered.

I am doing a shower reno and need the two hot and cold water mixer taps to be changed to a single tap. The plumber to provide a mixer tap to match what is in the sink. I was going to attempt this myself but I am all fingers and thumbs, and the nut to disconnect mixer underneath is in a tight space. So thought I would post the job. Right person with right tools will obviously get this done pretty quickly.

Hey, I got a toilet blocked in my house, it's a double-story townhouse, the blocked toilet was located in ground floor next to laundry room. It's blocked and water goes down slowly, all other bathrooms/toilets in the house are working perfect. Hence just need 1 toilet unblock work to be done. Ideally on 27th May.
