Four tasks for an experienced plumber to fix. They are: First: my apartment has a kitchen, laundry, an ensuite main bathroom. The hot water is extremely hot in all of these except the ensuite where it’s barely warm and needs adjusting to a hotter level. There is a device in the laundry that may be the key to the problem (see image 1: Laundry valve - UR-049028). Otherwise, investigate and advise and ideally solve the problem! Second: replace the old and very poor-quality gas stove with a new gas cooktop. The stone benchtop may need to be ‘trimmed’ to fit a replacement cooktop in the existing space. There’s plenty of room underneath the stove, the key is selecting the right replacement cooktop and, if necessary, trimming the stone to fit. The current gas stove measures 595mm wide by 515mm deep. This needs a plumber who has taken on this type of work before and succeeded in installing a new stove that works well and where the finish looks professional. I am prepared to cover all costs and I will purchase the new stove once it’s been specified and supplied. Other images taken of the existing underside of the cooktop are included and more can be supplied. Third: There is a corroded tap and a corroded gas outlet on the covered balcony. Fourth: advise on better taps to be supplied and installed for the ensuite and bathroom. An attractive bonus as well as your hourly rates or a fixed fee to be agreed for solving most if not all of these problems efficiently and professionally. Hi, I had to remove a small shrub next to the pool yesterday, the pool's water level went down and I can't fill it back up. I suspect that the roots would have entangled with or pierced through the pool drainage pipe. I need help with fixing it. Thanks
