Hi there, I’m after two tasks please - 1. I need my bathroom vanity and sink replaced, with the old one removed for disposal (so in other words a new vanity, kitchen and tap) 2. Kitchen tap to be replaced The old vanity is in the photos and this is the new vanity to be installed (they’re both very small): https://www.renolink.com.au/products/free-mixer-plugwaste-package-deal-windsor-600mm-bathroom-vanity-wash-basin My tap/mixer (or whatever they’re called) that I’d like to use for the bathroom is from IKEA. I’ve tried to add a photo of the pipe which goes through the floor. I think part of the internal or back bit of the vanity might need to be cut to accommodate the pipe but I’m not sure until I see the vanity near the pipe. Hoping you have experience in this! The existing vanity has two feet that are stuck on to the floor so I’m hoping it’ll be easy to “unstick” them as I’m not sure how they were attached in the first place. I don’t know what other info you need but please let me know if you have any further questions. I’m flexible with time and would love to wrap this up this week but otherwise by next week would be great. Having never replaced a vanity before I’m not sure what the going rate is nor how long the task takes and I have tried to offer what I think is fair but if not, you’re welcome to suggest another price. Hi there, I'm looking for a licensed plumber to help with advice and a quote for a toilet installation. I have an older metal (possibly cast iron) waste pipe that comes out horizontally to the left of where the toilet sits. I would like to replace the toilet with a new one and connect into the existing pipe. The new toilet will have to remain in the same or similar position and be perpendicular to the pipe. I’m flexible if the toilet needs to move slightly forward or sideways to make it work, but I’d like it to sit as neatly as possible in the space. Ideally, I would prefer a rear outlet toilet (P-trap), if that’s practical for the setup — but I’m open to your advice on the best approach. Remove old toilet from outhouse and cap fittings and sewer. Including toilet disposal. Cement sewer cap and toilet base level with floor.

Previous grates over drain sadly corroded and fractured. New plastic grates bought from Bunnings won’t fit perfectly due to the area enduring a lot of traffic from the car. Suspect the whole drain pipe and grate system need replacing

We have 2 x OLI inbuilt wall toilets that often keep running after flushing. We had a 3rd that had to be fixed a couple of years ago and was a replacement of either the inlet or outlet valve (don't remember which one). The running water can be fixed by pressing the flusher lightly, but is becoming frustrating how often we need to do this.

Very excited to use it… except my current setup is an ancient brass shower system, and sadly, the new head won’t fit. So here’s what I’m looking for: Someone who can replace my entire current shower system with something that will allow me to use this new head. I don’t know anything about plumbing, fittings, or what’s involved (humble non-plumber here), so I’m hoping for guidance on the simplest, most cost-effective way to make this work. We plan to fully renovate in a few years — so I’m not after high-end finishes or a luxury install. Just functional, tidy, and good enough to get me through until the reno. Need to replace a bathroom vanity. Will Be purchased from Bunnings or similar store to match the current one’s dimensions. There is a marble top, sink and tap, which we would like to keep, just need to replace the vanity.
