Materials & Fixtures Client will supply all PC items (vanities, sinks, tapware, toilets, HWS, bottle traps, rails, etc.). Contractor to supply all pipework, fittings and consumables required for rough-in and fit-off. I'm looking to buy a new fridge with a water connector for water and ice. I need to get a water connection from the sink to the fridge area. No need to connect the actual fridge, as they will do that when they deliver, but just need to make sure the proper plumbing is set up. I need help removing two old, rusted wing nuts that are holding my toilet seat in place. I’ve already tried INOX MX3 lubricant, but they won’t budge. Please refer to the attached pictures. Once the nuts are removed and the toilet seat comes off, I can install the bidet myself — no need to help with that part. I live in a rental, so please be careful not to damage the toilet itself. Also I do not want to replace the toilet seat — I just want to reuse it. I installed a new tap yesterday in the kitchen… As you can see from the photos, I have needed to put a double adapter onto the outlet. For whatever reason there is a small drip that is coming out of the joined outlet.
