We have noticed a small leak from the toilet and separately, that one of the taps in the shower/bath has a continual leak despite tap being turned off fully.

Collect washing machine from Wooloomooloo, deliver Randwick up one flight of stairs and install. Between 6-7pm only

Washing machine already in place, just don’t have to tools / knowledge how to do it myself!

To change tap water filter as per attached instructions.

To replace the undersink water filter. Instructions have been provided by The Water Shop - please see photo attached. The replacement undersink water filter will be provided.

Just need a restrictor put back into my shower feed as it was taken out by the old plumber.

Lift washing machine up one flight of stairs into apartment and install

My kitchen sink tap has a constant very minor drip and we replaced both of the washers in the tap and when my son put it back together the pipe started leaking water under the sink. It should be something simple that we have missed, hoping it is an easy fix.

Replace the bathroom vanity and pipes under, replace the tap and install a mirror cabinet on the wall above the vanity and screw a new toilet paper holder on the side on the new vanity

- Change shower head - Will need to check the current shower head and then supply the appropriate replacement. - Hang 4-5 picture frames. Will need to drill a nail/hook into wall. - Install bracket to hang dryer in laundry.

We have a small water tank buried in our front yard to collect the water from the roof. We then have this connected to our back garden using a Veda Rain2Main pump which I think switches the water from the tank to the main water supply if the tank is empty. The problem is that the water pressure in the back garden is low and is t enough to power the sprinkler system in the back garden. So the lawn watering spike doesn’t rise with the pressure of the water.

The Washer / Dryer needs to be connected to the plumbing under the sink. The developer of this house did not set this up correctly. The hoses / cords we have will need extensions as they cannot reach.

The bathroom sink tap is lose, it looks like the nuts and bolts have rusted and crumbled. I need a new tap to be installed. I have a spare tap but I think it’s too big so it would be good if you can include a new tap in the quote + installation (new regular tap, nothing fancy). Thanks

I'm looking to buy a new fridge with a water connector for water and ice. I need to get a water connection from the sink to the fridge area. The place is currently empty and I'm hoping I can get a pipe at the back of the cupboards to the fridge. No need to connect the actual fridge, as they will do that when they deliver, but just need to make sure the proper plumbing is set up. Will need the material as well which I don't know what it costs.
