I need help unblocking a drain on my rooftop balcony. Water isn’t draining properly after rain - it’s pooling on the surface, so I think the outlet or pipe is blocked with debris (leaves, dirt, etc). The drain connects to the stormwater system. Access is via internal stairs and a normal balcony door, no scaffolding or special roof access required. Would like someone who can: • Locate and clear the blockage (balcony drain and connected downpipe if needed) • Check flow is restored • Clean up after the job Please bring your own tools, e.g. drain snake, pressure hose, or wet vac. If inspection shows a bigger issue (e.g. cracked pipe or deeper blockage), please let me know before doing extra work.

Task: Replace 250L Twin Element Electric Hot Water System Details: I need my existing 250L twin element electric hot water heater replaced in my apartment in Port Melbourne. The current unit has already been isolated and shut off, and it’s installed in a raised drainage pan. Please include in your quote: • Supply and installation of a suitable replacement hot water tank (please specify your preferred brand/model). • Removal and disposal of the old tank. • Plumbing compliance certificate upon completion. Additional info: • Apartment is on Level 1 (up one flight of stairs) — easy access via stairwell. • Job is ready to go once the new system is confirmed. To repair a small drip in the bottom of a rectangle steel water tank, the tank is on small legs but the clearance from the ground is only about 100mm. The tank is constantly in use so is full of water, the drip is fast but the leak is very small, I have photos attached and also have a video. Given the tank is full of water hoping to repair the tank on the outside without lifting it but there is only about 100mm clearance from the floor to the underside of the tank that needs repairing. Given weight of tank lifting and welding is not our first choice, instead wondering if it is possible to attempt a repair with some combination of waterproof tape and epoxy resin, but open to ideas.

We have just moved house and cannot reconnect the washing machine to the water. There is also water leaking from the laundry tap when we connect.

A plumber assigned by my body corporate has identified a pipe leak in a wall between two bathrooms that is spilling water into the basement carpark (report can be provided to you).
