To repair a small drip in the bottom of a rectangle steel water tank, the tank is on small legs but the clearance from the ground is only about 100mm. The tank is constantly in use so is full of water, the drip is fast but the leak is very small, I have photos attached and also have a video. Given the tank is full of water hoping to repair the tank on the outside without lifting it but there is only about 100mm clearance from the floor to the underside of the tank that needs repairing. Given weight of tank lifting and welding is not our first choice, instead wondering if it is possible to attempt a repair with some combination of waterproof tape and epoxy resin, but open to ideas.
