Need a mixer tap replaced in my kitchen and shower head replaced

Please note, this job is for after the 10/10/25 We have some rust damaged downpipes that require replacement and storm water solution required for one side of the house. Currently one of the pipes is draining into the soil via some bricks

There’s a blockage with the drain and water flowing outside. Need the outside drain unclogged.

Require plumber to change over existing toilet cistern is cracked and leaking down the back of pan. Have a new toilet & cistern to change over like for like.

We need our shower resealing

Looking for a reliable plumber/handyman to inspect and fix 1) a minor leak seems to be coming from under the kitchen sink. 2) reapply silicone sealant around the washbasin. I would like to get it fixed on coming Monday. Refer attached pics.

Leakage of water from the nut joint and fix the silicon at washbasin.

Downpipe has detached from gutter. Replace pop and downpipe, securing drainage into stormwater outlet at the base.

Toilet flush and tab should be fixed. Tabs are too hard to close.

When I turn the shower on, it makes this really loud squealing noise. Can someone stop this from happening. It's driving me insane

Need to change the washers on the two bath tub taps

My smeg dishwasher is leaking. Drain pump doesn’t stop running when turned on. Source of leak is unknown but I read that it could be 2 o rings on the back.

My toilet is leaking into the bowl and keeps refilling itself
