A new Hisense washing machine was installed and there is a leak from the hose where it is connected to the tap. A lot of plumbers tape has been used, and it has been tightened, however it is still leaking.

Install new InSinkerator 46. You do not need to supply the product, only fit. The old one has died and so this is a replacement fitting into the same space. Old one needs to be removed and thrown away.

Shower riser rail has fallen off and will need re-atraching securely.

Remove the existing toilet and replace it with the new toilet supplied by us (refer to attached photos). The current water inlet is galvanized and will need to be rerun through the floor to suit the new installation.

Shower is backing up which will need to be unblocked has access under house (garage) to access the pipe work if needed. And swap over the old toilet with a new one which we already have

Bathroom is 7yrs old and I need to replace the following items. Replace the basin pop-up mechanism in the drain for new, as it no longer functions. Replace bath tap (swivel tap required). Current one is functional but it’s lost it’s chrome finish, is tarnished. Replace shower head (rain & hand held combo). Current one is affected by lime scale or mineral build up/flow is not as good as once was). Tap mixer replace for new/advise. The mixer mechanism bath to shower is sticking. Not functioning well. Help requested to assist with, fitting a new one. I have not yet purchased items to replace as I’m not sure what fits. Happy to be guided by you.
