Photos will be uploaded this afternoon. Bathroom is 7yrs old and I need to replace the following items. Replace the basin pop-up mechanism in the drain for new, as it no longer functions. Replace bath tap (swivel tap required). Current one is functional but it’s lost it’s chrome finish, is tarnished. Replace shower head (rain & hand held combo). Current one is affected by lime scale or mineral build up/flow is not as good as once was). Tap mixer replace for new/advise. The mixer mechanism bath to shower is sticking. Not functioning well. Help requested to assist with, fitting a new one. I have not yet purchased items to replace as I’m not sure what fits. Happy to be guided by you.

Need water point installed for cold water tap for dishwasher and hot water point capped

Replacement of toilet seat (I have bought the new replacement).

Switch washing machine taps in photo to smaller stop cock fittings (hot & cold) I will supply the 2x new fittings

Water tank needs to be raised off the ground and placed onto besser blocks so that water can flow freely beneath the tank. Two pipes will need to be cut and rejoined once the tank is lifted onto blocks.

Disconnect water from two sinks

Install new InSinkerator 46. You do not need to supply the product, only fit. The old one has died and so this is a replacement fitting into the same space.
