I need 2 leaking mixer taps replaced

I need a kitchen mixer tap replaced. It also runs a desktop dishwasher from it so I believe the tap needs a thread to screw in the attachments. Is this something you could do?

In the process of removing the old mixer tap, we hit a stubborn screw from the bottom that won't budge. The first screw came out ok. Tried wd-40, pliers and drilling out to no avail. Note: we don't need the new mixer tap installed, just the old one removed.

I think the valves in the mixer tap are done and need to be replaced. We turn the taps off and they still drip. Plus the sound annoys my wife.

Hi I’m looking for a reliable handyman to help with a couple of issues at home Shower Leak – The shower continues to drip water even when it's turned off. I need someone to investigate and fix the cause of the leak. Door Lock Issue – The door dead lock isn't aligning properly with the frame. The only way to fully lock it is by pushing or pulling the door into place. I'd like this adjusted so it locks smoothly. Looking for someone experienced who can come by and sort both jobs. cheers

Shower leak , outside of the shower base

Shower is leaking from the join where it is connected in the wall. The third Photo attached shows the leak. The first two photos shows the shower details. I am looking to get this one fixed some time tomorrow (Monday - 14th Apr). If there is any accessories need to be bought for this service, please quote them as well, so that we can get this job finished in single visit. We are also looking to get the old sealant removed in the bathroom and put through new sealant in the bathroom. The sealant application job is needed in the kitchen sink and the kitchen area as well.

There is some leaking in the bathroom make the wall wet

I am looking for a handyman to assist with a simple fix of my leaky shower tap/ shower head. When I tighten the shower tap, this slows the leak of the shower head, however water will start running down the shower tap. So at the moment I am unable to tighten the shower tap fully.

Water is leaking/escaping the shower frame (shower door area)at the base of the shower. Have tried redirecting the shower head away from shower door and that has reduced the leak. Shower frame might need to be resealed but not 100% sure about it. Please see photos attached. Thanks.

Shower head continues to leak(cold water). Not a washer issue

Need a plumber to fix a leakage from a pipe behind a shower. This would require 1) cutting the wall plaster, behind the shower (as marked in red in the photo) and fix the leak in the pipes in the wall, for the shower 2) once the job is done, fix back the cut plaster temporarily (as we would need to get a carpenter to replaster the cut part). shower leaks need to be fixed

I have a few small jobs needed done. The shower in my ensuite leaks as well as the basin tap in my main bathroom. The shower drips constantly and bathroom tape is not consistent but when it is turned on it leaks out the side. My kitchen tap is just loose at the base and needs tightening.

Unblock a toilet with jet washer

There is a small toilet block with 2 stalls and a urinal that is shared between 3 small shops. Its in rough condition as it's not been owned or maintained by anyone for a long time. There is a few issues I'd like to get some help with: - urinal is blocked (tried various times to plunger it and that helps as a very temporary fix) - one of the out pipes of one of the toilets leaks heavily - one of the pipes next to the sink leaks a little as well. - separately in the shop there is a single copper pipe under the sink that leads into the sink faucet I would like to get a T put into the pipe so that we can connect a washing machine or something and upgrade the sink tap later. I would like to get these done soon or even today if possible.

I require 4 odd jobs to be fixed using your own tools. 1. Fix hand rail. my son swung on the rail causing the screws to bow. I believe the wall fixing is still there. Your own screws are required. 2. Remove exsisting toilet seat and install a new one. For some reason I am unable to remove the bottom fixing existing screws. (The new toilet seat and under fixing screws will be provided see picture attached) Please assist with securing the toilet flush button as it has become loose. 3. Install new toilet roll holder in plaster wall. The existing spot where the toilet holder was had been damaged so slight plastering and painting required. I’m providing the new toilet roll holder and screws, wall paint and multi purpose joint compound for plastering (unless you can provide another material more appropriate) 4. Install hand towel holder in plaster wall. I will be providing the towel roll holder and screws.

Hi there, My water pump has been broken for a while. It can be opened but there is no water pressure. Also the leaking toilet needs to be looked into as well. The toilet is a very old and special Porcher toilet. I found the parts online and here attached the details.
