Someone to buy and install a toilet seat. You might need to go to the property first to find out the right toilet seat, buy it from Bunnings and install. Property is in North Melbourne . My budget is $120 for the toilet seat and installation.

Fix dripping shower head.

I recently purchased an apartment with euro laundry style. The placement of the taps does not allow me to stack a dryer on top of the washing machine. I am not sure if I should move the taps or would other solutions be good enough.

Hot water randomly stopped working - not sure why

Washing machine water from upstairs dripped into the kitchen ceiling. The plumber cut open the ceiling to drain the water. We need to fix the hole and the area of the ceiling damaged by the water.
