Someone to buy and install a toilet seat. You might need to go to the property first to find out the right toilet seat, buy it from Bunnings and install. Property is in North Melbourne . My budget is $120 for the toilet seat and installation.

Fix dripping shower head.

I recently purchased an apartment with euro laundry style. The placement of the taps does not allow me to stack a dryer on top of the washing machine. I am not sure if I should move the taps or would other solutions be good enough.

New plumbing installation for old building. Needs provisions for 2 shower, 4-5 sinks, drainage etc. Hot and cold water. We are opening a day spa and getting quotes. Needs to be a licensed plumber for council permit approval.
