Bottle trap drain pipework under bathroom basin is leaking and needs to be replaced and sealed. Must be replaced with chrome / stainless steel as per existing (see photos). Pipework is visible so aesthetics matter.

Toilet running constantly whilst cistern isn’t filling. Hidden cistern so slightly awkward to access. Suspect easy job for someone who knows what they are doing.
