Find an experienced plumber in North Melbourne

I have 2 leaky taps that need to be either plugged or change entirely. And the two connections on the u pipe under the sinks need to be plugged

I'm looking to have two washing maching taps moved to new locations on a brick wall along with an existing waste pipe connection cut back and a new standpipe added. Below are a few notes to consider. - I can supply the new washing machine taps once confirmed they are suitable. - Our washer only connects to cold water so if there is unlikely to be a need for the hot water tap this can just be capped within the wall. - The current taps connect to plumbing in the double brick wall cavity. New plumbing will need to be chased into the brickwork, this can be done beforehand if needed. - I would like the standpipe to be as low profile as possible, ideally contained completely within wall framing using an outlet box. - The electrical outlet will be moved so it sits above the taps.

WANTED: Drain Unclogger Shower drain blocked, water pooling — likely hair build-up. Need someone with tools and experience to clear it quickly.

1. inspect toilet why there is always a smell from it, and if it needs changing 2. determine if its just a quick fix without changing toilet 3. if it doesn't need change, just change the toilet seat as it is a glass toilet seat that is now broken 4. if it is determine that it is best to change the whole toilet, to change the entire toilet 5. please provide quote the labour cost and the cost of the toilet or toilet seat. I’m living in a 5 floor unit block. The water pressure at my shower has gone weaken in last few months. I recently changed the shower head but problem remained. Hi, I need someone to replace a sliding shower head holder. The original broke and we have purchased a replacement. However, we cannot Figure out how to install it. Please note in the photos we’ve just set up some rubber bands temporarily to keep the broken holder in place. Thank you.
