Water is flowing down our kitchen sink, but it is has a bad smell. When you look down it with a torch you can see there is water staying there.

Water leaking from base of shower where glass meets the tiles. Should be simple job - just need old silicone removed and new silicone applied.

Simple job - just need someone to remove the shower drain cap, and try to clear any build up in the drain. Will pay full amount even if blockage not fully cleared.

Kitchen Mixer tap leaking when in hot water position (whether tap is running or not). Leak worse when tap is running. See video for detail. Suspect faulty cartridge, so Tasker must carry spares. I need my en-suite shower drain waterproofed. The en-suite is on the second level of a semi and there is a small drip going to the ground level roof. I’ve run some tests and know the waterproofing issue is occurring in the shower strip drain of the en-suite above (by using a bucket and pouring water only into the drain strip insert). I don’t think it’s the pipe in the drain. The metal drain insert also seems loose when pressing on it. Attached are photos incl. the space between the downstairs ceiling and the above en-suite floor where the drip can be seen (taken by putting phone through recessed lighting on ground floor). It looks like the prior owners have previously done a dodgy job of trying to waterproof from ground floor using silicon so I am looking to get this fixed properly. Would like this fixed on a Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. Flexible with time of day. Thanks Rory Update: Unfortunately I don’t have any spare tiles, if tiles need be taken up and replaced.
