I need to install Pressure Vale after the meter reader, currently it has 700 kPa , need to go down below 500kPa. I also need to remove the presure vale in the Kitchen and install the better version for hot water and cold water and the washing machine. Please see the last photo AI generated.

Want to replace an old 850mm free standing vanity without damaging existing wall and tiling. If not possible replace the sink and tapware

1st Task - in Ferntree Gully - in powder room there was a leak we got the leak fixed and tiles replaced by floating board. Tenants are complaining of smell. Need plumber to take off the toilet seat, take off floating board, check the timber floor if it’s fine, sand and dry it and out the floating boards and seat back. Also do seat caulking in end. Photo attached 2nd Task - Belgrave - in an office space on ground floor water is leaking roof or gutter into ceiling board. Need to check the leakage, fix it and also replace the ceiling board. Small gas oven need replacement I bought a new one

Leaking tap in laundry that is connected to washing machine. Water is coming out from the tap area. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the connection of the hose. It seems to be an issue with the tap itself.

I need a qualified plumber to replace the trap under my laundry room sink. The current trap has two appliance inlet stubs — • one has a damaged, deteriorating plug • the other is completely open To avoid future leaks, I prefer the entire P-trap to be replaced. We would like to replace existing toilet seats in two Caroma toilets with Tudaloo Flow Bidet Seats. Toilet 1 has in-cistern water valve so it needs In-Cistern Kit to connect it to the water supply. The kit connects inside the cistern and routes water down to the Flow inlet. The Inlet Side for both seats are Right Inlet. main drainage blocked

Constant slow leak of water from cistern into bowl, does not seal properly. Water to toilet shut off and leak still occurring.

Leaking water pipe outside, please help. Was trying to change it myself.
