I have 2 x dodgy toilet seats that need fixing! The first toilet seat just seems a bit stiff and doesn’t open fully. Pic 1 is a photo of this toilet seat (not opening). The second toilet seat has definitely seen better days. It is fully broken and needs replacing. Part of the task will be to identify and source the replacement seat because, from my limited search (at Bunnings), it seems like it may be non-standard. Pics 2, 3, 4, 5 are of this toilet seat. The $250 task fee does not include the costs of a new seat and/or any parts. I will, of course, pay for these as well. The task is in Montmorency. I am flexible with days/time to complete the task.

Work 2 - Sink Installation & Water Supply Connection • Fit and secure the sink unit in place (including basin, taps/faucet, and fixtures) • Minor connection/joining works as required to connect (A) sink (including one kitchen tap/faucet) (B) existing washing machine incoming/outgoing outlet (C) existing dishwasher incoming/outgoing outlet to hot and cold water supply and waste outlet. • Install shut-off valves and ensure all connections are leak-free. • Sink and tap/faucet + fixtures provided • P-trap, cleanout, drain tailpeice etc. not provided. • Washing machine and dishwasher hose extensions not provided. • 2x 3-way manifold (Hotwater & coldwater) for sink, washing machine and dishwasher not provided • Test all appliances and fixtures for correct water flow, drainage, and sealing. • Seal and caulk around the sink as needed. • Generally clean-up of the work area. Qualifications: • Valid plumbing and/or electrical license/certification (as required by local regulations). • Proven experience with hot water tank replacement and installation.
