Need a washing machine installed in a bathroom but the correct pipes & things under the sink will need to be adjusted to accommodate the washer as it’s currently just set up as a normal bathroom tap

Leak in the tap of bathroom

Need a qualified plumber to replace old toilet suite and sink suite. Need suggestions on buying the new toilet and sink suite as well. The pictures of old items are attached. Work will involve: -Disconnect and remove current vanity and toilet complete suite. - Supply and install new vanity ( after discussion) - Supply and install new hot and cold water isolation valves with cover plates to suite. - Supply and install plug and waste. - Supply and install new drainage and trap to suite with cover plates. - Supply and install new basin mixer tap. (After discussion) - Supply and install new back to wall toilet suite. (After discussion) - Adjust water to suite new toilet suite. - Supply and install new water isolation valve with cover plate and water supply hose. - Test all works. - Remove all rubbish from site

Bosch dishwasher, no/very little water entering through the spin arms, loads not washing. Cleaned out the pump, cleaned out the arms, no blockage at the drain or water inlet at the plumbing. Need it fixed, will need to work out a time around my shifts.

We need water connect to our tap. The tap has been installed.

In the process of having a cabinet maker make changes to the kitchen cabinet. Needing a plumber with dishwasher installation experience who can advise best plan for small 45cm dishwasher to be installed. I’m in planning/budgeting stage (but very happy to start work asap if possible). Haven’t purchased dishwasher yet but looking at 45cm small options so that it fits cabinet space and it’s closer to sink. If you have dishwasher installation experience that would be great.

My tap is loose and need to be fixed with knot and bolts.

2 leaky taps need fixing. Need a multi tool or large wrench to get tap off. Should just be a replacement washer.
