Find an experienced plumber in Maroubra Junction

I need help to repair or replace ONE faulty isolation valve, which appears to be the main cold water shut-off for my apartment, located next to the hot water shut-off. Important: I am not looking for assessment/inspection only. I’m looking for someone who can fix the issue on the same visit, if possible, or at least provide a clear price to repair or replace, not just a call-out fee. Details: • Hot water shut-off works normally • Cold water shut-off turns but does not isolate the water at all • This issue has been reported multiple times to my property manager / strata, but unfortunately no action has been taken I understand this may be a strata/common property issue. However, I currently have no other option but to try to resolve this myself, and therefore I need to keep costs as low as possible. I’m mainly looking for someone experienced who can: • Confirm whether the valve is within the apartment boundary or strata-owned • Repair or replace the valve, if it is within my responsibility • Provide a price to fix, not assessment only Apartment is accessible. The blue one shuts off the hot water. I believe the chrome one is for cold water, but I’m not 100% sure, as when I turn it nothing happens and the water doesn’t shut off. Thanks!

Lot of Water is collecting at top the inside of fridge (F&P E381TLT2)then dripping down. It seems to get worse during warm weather or if we open and close fridge often. Have tested the temperature inside fridge and it is at 3-4°. I personally can't see any ice/debris blocking drainage pipe but maybe there is.

Kitchen floorboard buckling from moisture so we need a leak detection test. A couple weeks ago there was leakages in the kitchen sink outlet pipe which we fixed with tapes. But now suspect maybe there's blockages to pipes that's causing all this. We will file for insurance so need proper receipts, licences and documentations. Thanks

Need to connect up a washing machine. I don’t have time to go and purchase longer pipes as the existing pipes to connect to the hot and cold taps are too short when we moved into this house on the weekend. There is also obviously a connection required through the hot/cold water section under the sink
