Find an experienced plumber in Maribyrnong

The temperature of the tap in our kitchen runs to scalding on hot. It's a danger to us and our kids. We need this temperature adjusted so it does not burn us. Our upstairs shower has started to run warm but not hot enough. We would like someone to please come and check the temperature guages for these two areas.

Issue with the hot water pressure reducing valve and tempering valve, both valves in an apartment

Tap flowing and water leaking even with knob is tightely closed

Kitchen mixer tap – low hot-water pressure The kitchen mixer tap has normal/good cold-water pressure, but the water flow reduces significantly when the tap is turned towards fully hot. The hot water pressure in the bathroom is normal, so the issue appears to be isolated to the kitchen tap/hot-water connection. I'd like a plumber to diagnose and repair the issue.

Connect new sink and sparkling water kit

We need a plumber to attend our kiosk to check and clear a blocked sink drain. The sink water is not draining properly and has overflowed onto the floor. There does not appear to be any pipe leakage, so the issue seems to be a blocked drain / drainage blockage.

The shower is leaking when not on. From what I can tell, the problem isn’t the shower head or exterior hose as it leaks without those attachments on. Just want to see if someone knows how to do a quick fix and if I can avoid replacing the whole unit.
