A pipe in house basement is leaking water

Porcelain bathroom sink chip 0.5x0.5cm as pictured. All offers welcome! Date and time negotiable :)

Note photos. Plumber to come and connect sink (drain), mixer tap and dishwasher. Everything ready to go. Supply drain pipes (55mm) and connector to water including a split to supply water to the dishwasher.

We have a new tap and need help installing it today. We have tap but not all tools. We’re needing this sorted today please

The kitchen mixer tap has become loose at the base . Needs fixing

Bathroom sink doesn’t plug and seems to be dirty underneath the drain plug. Just need plug/drain replaced and the pipe cleaned out.

I need two downpipes that have been cut and diverted to be reinstated. One section of guttering repaired and the pipe which led to an old water tank removed from my carport, and an old copper water pipe that’s been welded shut cut off and capped at ground level. See photos.

CAULK around sink to stop water going through. Please provide materials ETA - previously said GROUT- this should have been CAULK to seal the gap and waterproof

Dishwasher not taking water in. It’s a Bosch SS6P6B. Water tap inlet is turned on but won’t take any water then I think the pump makes noise trying to get water into and then it shows “Check water”

Fix 3 leaks in the irrigation. 1 x replace T junction (have ratchet clamps) 2 x replace a section of the straight pipe (leaking due to a crack in the pipe)

I dropped something valuable into the U- shaped pipe and need to open it to take my item back.

Blocked toilet was then used again and has now overflowed onto floor. Needs to be cleaned before it can be unblocked.

I have a 10 kg LG front loader, it is only one and a half years old, it works like new, however, I decided to wash my linen sofa covers, I noticed it turned into an OE error message, and the water is not draining as the lint from the sofa covers because there is so much of it has blocked the drain pipe, I tried to unblock it and clean the filter, And couldn’t do it I need someone to come out ASAP

There is a constant leak in the front yard. We need someone to investigate and fix. Thanks
