We just got a new kitchen sink tap fitted only a month ago and it’s already come loose. We need someone to come and tighten it. Please refer to the photos because it is hard to access from under the sink and you’ll need to ensure you have the correct tools. Pipes under our kitchen sink are leaking and we’re not sure of the exact cause. We suspect it might be related to the Puretec water filter that’s installed. Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to inspect the area, find the source of the leak, and repair it.

I need two downpipes that have been cut and diverted to be reinstated. One section of guttering repaired and the pipe which led to an old water tank removed from my carport, and an old copper water pipe that’s been welded shut cut off and capped at ground level. See photos.

CAULK around sink to stop water going through. Please provide materials ETA - previously said GROUT- this should have been CAULK to seal the gap and waterproof

Dishwasher not taking water in. It’s a Bosch SS6P6B. Water tap inlet is turned on but won’t take any water then I think the pump makes noise trying to get water into and then it shows “Check water”

Fix 3 leaks in the irrigation. 1 x replace T junction (have ratchet clamps) 2 x replace a section of the straight pipe (leaking due to a crack in the pipe)
