We fitted a new kitchen mixer tap today but is still leaking from hose fitting under sink high up in confined space. Need someone with experience and correct tools to please stop the leak.we could only hand tighten bolt as didn’t have correct tools so hoping this is all that’s needed. Difficult to access as connection high up between underside of 2 sinks. See photos. Top of middle brass fitting is leaking. Thanks.

My hot water system is only producing warm and lukewarm water ever since winter started. I’ve found the issue is the Tempering valve needs replacement. How much would it cost for you to supply and install a new 1/2 inch tempering valve to the existing hot water system? I’ll need a plumber to check everything is okay with it, and fix the issue.

I need the Studor Premi-Aire pipe moved to other side of kitchen cabinet to allow the install of a bin. The current pipe is on the back wall of the cupboard and doesn’t allow enough space for the bin.
